Material and labour for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeping cleaning & washing down with water to remove dust etc., including removal of old treatment of any description/any type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction, on roof slab surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for providing APP based membrane course roof treatment in layers with following provisions:- (i) Applying one coat of bitumen's primer polymerized primer oil based coat, evenly @ 0.3KG/Sqm as priming coat to the prepared surfaces, till the surfaces is properly impregnated and the solvent oil in the base primer shall be allowed to evaporated completely. (ii) Applying APP based pre-fabricated with non woven polyester reinforced membrane stabilized with fibre glass strands and top with grey mineral slates 3mm thick and weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm by torch application method. (iii) Applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10Kg/Sqm over mineral surface.

Supply only water proofing compound (integral), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded aggregate) in landings, cover slabs and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone /boulder masonary work built in Cement Mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc & removing from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Porbandar stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position and disposal of debris up a distance n.exc 100m where directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for RCC 1:1.5:3 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in chajja, lintels over 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings up to 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating any height including necessary scaffolding, ladder & formork etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing CRS TMT bars 6mm dia to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc of grade Fe-410-W ( Gde E-250 ) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickmness, including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth wiithout using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction, on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any height, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm with or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs plastic water closet seat covers standered closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and MS chromium plated or aluminised hinging device, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 20 mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed( minimum weight 15 mm- 142 gms/ 20 mm-210 gms/25 mm-455 gms), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for Godrej night latch seven levers suitable for doors in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of lime concrete(unreinforced)/ lime concrete as in sunken portion / ground floor exceeding 15cm thickness including removing rubbish, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:7:12 with brick aggregate as in lean concrete/filling concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Treatment of sunken floor slab compraises of the following specifications and all as specified :-

(i) Material and labour for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (Cost cutting holes and pipes shall be measured and paid separately)

(ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

(iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy puty.

(iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

(v) Material and labour for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (This item shall be measured and paid separately)

(vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. ( WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

(vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (this item shall be measured & paid separately)

Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. Cost of testing is inclued in the rates quoted above.

Supply and fixing uPVC (SWR) 110mm dia pipe laid on sunken floor, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non-Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm over & including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Preparing of old/new surfaces of walls/ceiling washing the surface thoroughly, filling the cracks, creaves with crack filling compound as suggested by the manufacturers and applying two coats of Rain coat manufactured by Dr Fixit of Piddilte Industries Ltd. (shade to match the existing paint) including necessary scaffolding for work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by scrapping old paint with steel wire brush, wash the surface throughly and applying one coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade including necessary steel scaffolding + green cloth all round the work side for any posititon/height, complete all as specified and directed.(For bldg upto GF to four Floor). Note :-Necessary safety precautions need to be taken before applying paint.

Material and labour applying texture paint of desired finish as approved by GE over a coat of interior / exterior wall primer which includes preparation of old decorated surfaces, cleaning of loose paint , grease , growth of fungus, algae or moss by using wire brushing and watering and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Granules textured homogeneous wall finishing system including preparation of old surfaces consisiting of a two component system of dry granules (25 Kg per Pack) made of 92% silica particles coated with fade resistant pigment, 100% acrylic polymerbonding agent (5 Kg per pack ) with the applied thickness of the coating being between 0.8mm - 1.2 mm to be applied on curved, smooth level plaster without key, as per manufacture directions, for usages to be applied and approved applicator of the manufacture as per the ddirection/ supervision of the Engineer -in-Charge, all complete, The above texture coating should confirm to surface spread of flame class one of BS 476 : Part 7 : 1971 and pull off strength of the coating to meet JISA 6909 on smooth plastered surfaces including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Bakelite Hylam Limited or equivalent make approved by the GE

Material and labour 40 mm thick (measured solid) ready made reinforced precast cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4, 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, set in Cement Mortar 1:4, including all mouldings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Contractors are advised to visit the samples held in the office, before submitting tender.

Supply and fixing Ready made ornamental Precast reinforced cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) designer pillars (Size- 100 x 100 x 900 mm) having groove on two faces, for fixing louvres and jallies, set in Cement Mortar 1:4 on compound wall, complete all as approved and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The design of pillar, shall be got approved before bulk procurement . The tenders are advised to visit the site for sample.

Supplying, fabricate and fix wall cladding (for all height) of aluminium composite panel in metallic/ non metallic colour of approved shade made out of 3mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 2mm thick mineral core sandwiched between two aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with kynar 500 based PVDF/Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on exposed face and polymer (service) coating on other face, fixed over and including base frame fabricated with aluminium square pipe of size 25mmx20mm with 1mm wall thickness in 600mmx600mm size grid including stainless steel screws, nut, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealent for groove filling, backer rods etc, complete all as per Manufacturer instruction and complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Colour and pattern of fixing ACP sheet shall be as approved by the GE.

Material & Labour 15mm thick plastering in cement & sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of stone work or brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) all as specified and directed incl all necessary scaffolding etc and Including Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls and ceiling including racking of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Material & Labour rendering 15mm thick CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finised surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/Ceiling and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade over a coat of primer, including all necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including scrapping and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over layer of smooth putty finish punning 1mm thick over a coat of primer strictly as per manufactuure instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping of loose/ damaged /cracked / previously repaired / delaminated or weak concrete by chieseling to expose the sound core concrete where ever required and to expose rusted reinforcement upto depth n.exc 50mm and disposal of rubbish off the premises to a distance not exc 50 mtrs including cleaning of reinforced concrete surface by air compressor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and apply of rust remover cum passivator to remove rust from existing reinforcement by using product: Rustoff-100 of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc/ Thermax as approved by GE, with density 1.01 Kg/ltr at 30 degree celsius and consumption : 0.2 Kg/Sqm/coatcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The mtrl to be applied thoroughly on exposed rebars only with the help of a brush of suitable size. The area will be measured as length of bar x two times the dia of bar).

Supply and apply a cement based polymer modified rebar corrosion protection system to existing reinforcement using cement based polymer modified rebar corrosion protection system with consumption : 3.75 kg/Sqm for two coats and Product requirements: carbonation resistance: 2 mm of SikaTop Armatec®-108 of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE corresponds to 20 mm of normal mortar; bond strength > 1N / Sqmm according to ASTM C 882-78 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The mtrl to be applied thoroughly on exposed rebars only with the help of a brush of suitable size. The area will be measured as length of bar x two times the dia of bar)

Material & Labour for Providing, mixing & applying two component Epoxy resin concrete Bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces as per manufacturer's specification including prepartaion of surface throughly and cleaning complete where ever required with using Product: Sikadur®-32 LP of Sika or equivalent in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE with Consumption: 0.4 kg/Sqm and Product requirements: Complies with ASTM C 881-78, Type II Grade 2 Class B+C complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing by mixing and trowel application of prepacked, light weight, two component structural grade polymer modified fibre reinforced thixotropic cement mortar Sika Monotop 122F of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE at an average thickness exceeding 10mm and upto 25mm to the prepared concrete surface in soffit of slabs, beam, columns, parapets, fins and facias at any height, including finishing of applied Polymer mortar as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing by mixing and trowel application of prepacked, light weight, two component structural grade polymer modified fibre reinforced thixotropic cement mortar Sika Monotop 122F of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE at an average thickness of upto 10mm to the prepared concrete substrate in soffit of slabs, beam, columns, parapets, fins and facias at any height including finishing of applied Polymer mortar as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for weld-mesh of size 75x75x3mm to be wrapped on the exposed surface of rib of beam & on the slab bottom and tack welding to the exposed reinforcement at close intervals and gunite with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with admixture Sika Plasto creat plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as per manufacturer's instructions as approved by GE around rib of beam or roof slab of thickness not exceed 40mm to be applied under an operating pressure. The gunited surface to be cured properly for a min of 7 days all in complete as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions and directed.

Supply and apply a ready to use non shrink, cementitious free flow micro-concrete (<100 mm) using Product: Sika Rep ® Microcrete-4 + adequate coarse aggregate, Yield: approx 17 Ltr/bag (30 Kg) (depending on the size and quantity of coarse aggregate added), Product : Sika Rep ® Microcrete-4 or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE, Product requirements: compressive strength > 60 N/Sqmm (28 days) according to ASTM C 1107-99 complete all as specified and directed by ENgineer-in-Charge. Note: 1 Providing and erecting hydraulic & manual steel props upto full height, braced at centre, resting on wedge and block to support the structure provisionally during repair work. This is not paid seperately. Note: 2 Providing and fixing water tight centering and shuttering including bolting, strutting, propping etc. including removal of formwork from column, beam etc. complete as per site requirement. This is not paid seperately.
