Repairing of 100kVA Level II HT transformer at Lift Irrigation Scheme Nathipora of MISD Sopore.

Dismantling of 100kVA transformer(Al wound) level II by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, opening of top lid, draining out of T. Oil and its safe placement for further refilling, taking out of coils after removal of core assembly, etc. Job also includes detaching of core HV/LV coils.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 100kVA transformer using appropriate means of transport like Tata Mobile up to a lead of 30Km.

Providing and fitting of finished new super enameled aluminum wire windings with insulation in place of damaged windings including labour costs, etc., (HV) - per kg of winding.

Providing and filling of fresh T. oil of standard grade.

Filtration of old existing transformer oil for removing moisture and carbon content to achieve the BDV value of oil and dehydrating of old coils along with cradle in oven/heating room to remove moisture.

Complete assembling of 100kvA transformer after cleaning of tank, fitting of coil assembly in the tank. Job further includes closing of the transformer lid by way of fitting of existing nuts/bolts and gaskets, insulators, etc. Refilling of t.oil upto required level in tank. Reconnecting of HT/ LT connections and testing.

Providing and fitting of 11kV 3 phase 200A polymer type G.O.D. complete with all accessories viz., G.I. pipe not less than N.D 32mm, handle etc as per REC standards (set of 03 pieces).

Providing and fitting of 11kV 3 phase polymer type drop out fuse set (set of 03 pieces).

Deduction of Cost of scrap windings (Aluminium) to be retained by the contracting agency.
