Supply part: “Supply, delivery, erection, testing and commissioning of wall mounted, 3 Star, BEE Rating, Non-Inverter type Split AC Machines (100% Copper for Condenser & Evaporator unit) with indoor and outdoor unit Ratio 1:1 & suitable for operation on 230V ± 10%, 50Hz, 1-∅ AC supply Input power <1800 W in the Battery Room at Kharagpur 400KV Sub-Station under Kharagpur 400KV Area Office, WBSETCL including supply of all required refrigerant, refrigeration pipes made up of HVAC grade hard drawn copper pipe with Nitrile Rubber tube insulation, elbows complete and allied material as per standard technical specification of WBSETCL. Service part: Installation, testing & commissioning of Indoor & Outdoor units of the new split type air conditioner machines in the Battery Room at Kharagpur 400KV Substation of WBSETCL as directed by the EIC including fitting, fixing, brazing etc. as required for all refrigeration piping, required nos. of fire retardant canvas connection, laying of required drain pipes with associated works (including supply), from indoor to outdoor power connections of electrical cabling including supply, delivery, testing & commission with required conduit & fittings, with necessary civil masonry / carpentry works for making opening and proper finishing as required for completion of the work The job includes (Installation of AC Machine : 6 Nos x 2.0 TR): • Arrangement of AC supply distribution including supply of necessary Distribution boards and cables including MCB for each AC machine. • Arrangement of Ac machines for operation in group for 24 hour rotational running in the Battery Room room and PLCC room with Programmable Logic Controller.
