M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices and pilasters etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 01 above but in ceiling

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls, roof projection, chajja etc; including brooming down and applying two coats of weather proof anti fungal exterior emulsion paint over a coat of emulsion primer with nesessary scafolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including mixing of WPC as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) as on ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered surface of wall and applying two of oil bound distemper over one coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of newely plastered surface and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall, fins, fascia, vertical and horizontal surface of roof projection, chajja and applying two coats of weather proof anti fungal exterior emulsion paint (Smooth classic) over a coat of primer ,including nesessary scafolding complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/stone massonry work built in cement mortar as in wall including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of spoils/ demolished materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for half brick thick wall with old size, sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size, sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded aggregates as in path, hard standing etc.,finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cills, steps, seismic and other simillar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing cources, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height , copings, kneelers, appex stones bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass of any thickness, size quality or description from wooden frames glazed with putty or fixed with bead complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.50sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.
