Complete removal of existing roof treatment such as old APP membrane, polythene film, mud phuska and the like, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 n exc 1000, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for roughening the intact concrete and removing of dust, rust etc cleaning the area of the rusted reinforcement bars by grinding, sandblasting or waterblasting etc in order to remove the rust, coating of the unharmed reinforcement with two coats of EPOXY COAT cement concrete Type B01:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) in the patch using foamwork complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make-: Dr. FIXIT, FOSROC or equivalent as approved by AGE(I).

Surface Preparation (RCC Roof): Cleaning the surface & made free of dirt, foreign Particle, followed by grinding all protusion to make surface modulated. Thereafter, Inspection of cracks on the surface caused by thermal expansion contraction , cutting the grooves with cutter M/c in "V" Groove filled with repair morate of FOSROC SBR Latex / Fosroc Renderog RG microconcrete as per recommendation by making Gollas at all the corners with Polymer modified Fosroc SBR Latex mortar (1:4 Cement Sand with 3.5% Acrylic of Cement Weight) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying high build elastomeric water proofing coating with an elongation of 500% as per ASTM D 412-90 and tensile strength of 1.6 N/mm2, cracking ability upto 2mm no leakage upto 5 bars of waterpressure & solid contents upto 92% includes final base preparation, Epoxy primer 1:1 (resin : Hardener) application with 100% water dilution and pure Polyurethane application in 2 coats with a total min consumption of 1.25Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make-: FOSROC, Nito Proof 600 PF or equivalent as approved by AGE(I).

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : WPC to be measured and paid seperately)

Rendering or plastering work 15mm thick in CM 1:3 in fascia / edges / ceiling of chajjas and roof projections etc including taking out peeled off plaster / concrete and making the line in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed ny Engr-in-Charge.

Providing, cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Formwork to fascia, edges, ceiling of chajjas and roof projections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. .

Polythene film, 50 micron thick, laid on coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sqm all as specified and directed.

Vitreous Chinaware squatting pan, ‘Orrisa pattern’ size 580 mm x 440 mm, white, with Cast iron ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet, integral footrest complete all as specified, excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe), etc and making good to floors in repair, all as specified.

15mm bore Bip taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule fancy type chromium plated and fixed in repairs all as specified.

15 mm bore CP brass stop valve cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch butter fly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed all as specified

75mm dia of PVC (SWR) floor trap with grating incluing jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 in repair complete all as specified.

25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B0 as in floor finished even and rough to receive further floor finishes .

(Non skid), preminium class I grade, coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile ex. 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete, all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster/terrazo dado/wall tiling and skirting. etc on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc all as specified.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles, premium class I grade, of size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement, laid over and including 10mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 on surfaces of walls complete all as specified.

Preparing applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new / old surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm and connections including cleaining for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
