NOTE : Only Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning will be measured for Payment.

S&F Sub-Class ‘B’ Brick, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of Cable laid in Trenches over Sand Cushion laid for UG Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying LT UG XLPE sheathed PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip of Wire armoured Electric Power Cable heavy duty with stranded Aluminium Conductor 1100 Volt grade, cross-sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.50 Core, laid in trenches /surface of Wall/in GI Pipe along with Pole including Brass Cable Glands Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamps, etc. including making good to the damaged surfaces to match as per existing surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Earthwork, Horizontal Boring Road/ Foot Path, Cable Protection Pipe, Cable Joint, Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts & Bolts, etc. for fixing of Cable Protection Pipe with Pole, Wall, etc.(as required) will be measured and paid for separately under appropriate Items.

Supply & laying Steel Water Tubing 50mm bore (dia), Galvanised, ‘light grade’ with all Fittings,in protection of cable at road crossing/hard standing/pole protection fixed with clam as per site or any other situation, complete as all specified and as directed.

S&F for bulk head in die cast aluminium housing and frosted glass suitable for 1x8W LED, complete all as specified and as directed.(Make- RUGBY, LHKL01160099,HAVELLS)

M & L for sub main wiring with 2x6.0sqmm multi-strand PVC insulated unsheathed multisreanded 1100 volts grade with copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing caping ISI marked and its accessories including one run of single core 6.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1100 volts grade with copper conductor cable as earth contuinity conductor along with the wiring and connected from DB to DB/ main board complete all as specified.

Boring holes horizontally under Road without damaging the surface of Road of any type (minimum 1.0 METRE below the Road Surface with the help of GI Tubing not exc. 40 mm bore (dia) for passing of UG Cable, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: GI Pipe laid will be measured and paid separately under appropriate Item.

M&L Earthing with Galvanised Steel Earth Plate Electrode 600x600x6mm, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Metre below Ground Level with Top Edge of Earth Plate at depth not less than 1.50 Metre below normal Ground Level, connected to Galvanised Earth Lead Wire 6.0 mm dia by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and Washers of GI or Steel and Earth Wire protected with and including GI Pipe 15mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ upto 1.0 Metre above the Floor Level of Building where Main Switch/DB situated, Earth Plate surrounded by a packed thickness of Char Coal or Coke Dust mixed with Common Salt in alternate layers of not exc 150mm thick PCC Pit in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) and Pre-cast RCC Cover Slab of size 350x350x50 mm in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate), reinforced with 8mm dia TMT Bars @ 100mm Centre to Centre in both ways, GI Wire Mesh, Funnel with GI Watering Pipe 20mm bore (dia) ‘medium grade’ including necessary Excavation in Soft/Loose Soil, Returning, Filling in and Removal of surplus Spoil upto a distance of 50.00 Metre and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I and Testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.
