DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Supply and fixing of BLDC CEILING FAN complete with blades,down rods,electronic regulator and accessories 230 volts ac single phase,50 HZ,,1200 mm sweep. Minimum air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE 5 STAR RATING incl connection upto ceilling rose ,complete all as specifified and directed.

Supply and fixing of electric water heater storage type, ABS Body with Glass lined tank and heating element upto 2KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve thermostate NRV, PVC connection piece for hot & cold complete all as specifified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, ISI Marked, 15mm bore, `medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including necassary cutting/chasing/pinning in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of C.P stop cock 15 mm bore heavy duty fancy type chromium plated conforming to relevant IS compelete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of bib cock chromium plated cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed for iron pipe or for ferrule and fixed fancy type suitable for 15 mm bore compelete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug & socket complete with one, single pole MCB 20 Amps 10 KA repturing capacity 240 Volts AC including connection with suitable size copper lugs/thimbles/glands complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of MCB SP 6 to 32 Amp 'C' series 10 KA repturing capacity including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.
