Surface excavation in hard/dense soil, not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base or similar works, 75mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling/cushioning under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge exceeding 63 mm not exceeding 100 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rolled / rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness , M-30 Grade with grey cenent and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B1 1:2:4, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in hard/ dense soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in using soil obtained from excavation including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying PVC (SWR) Pipe 150/160mm dia, single socketed, in any length laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in bed to drain pipes 150mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid & tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry, with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofong compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in copings, haunching and benching the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Inegral waterproofing compound

M&L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for cover slab for manholes etc set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S &F TMT bars as reinforcement for concrete, 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending etc and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix On site LLDPE septic tank, designed to carry sewage and sullage water for 25 Users, including excavation in any type of soil , PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft, necessary connection etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Soakage wells, consisting excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, type C2, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M 25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M 25 and SFRC cover, inter connecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.8m dia X 3.00m effective depth complete all as specified and directed.
