Repair to potholes of any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust, mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering well ramming (including supply of road metal) making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air to remove all loose, dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen (VG-30) on old bituminous carpet surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and depth Exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep etc complete all as specified and directed.

Screening road metal, chippings, etc. on the site of the work, when specially ordered, including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both sides of screen measured) etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3(50 to 20 mm size) granite trape or basalt, spread rolled & consolidated to gradient and camber required using vibratory power roller exceeding 8 tonnes and not exceeding 12 tones capacity etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Cost of power roller shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate).

All as per item No. 6 but except materials complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- serviceable aggregate obtained from item no 04 here in before shall be used).

M&L for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on the unsurfaced water bound macadam surface and applyinjg paving bitumen evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer (VG-30) at 10 kg per 10 sq metre etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) using crushed graded stone aggregate mixed with 5.50% binder content (paving bitumen VG 30 grade) by weight of total mix, mixed in vertical computrized hot mix plant and laid using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Premix bituminous, macadam with binder content 4% (Paving Bitumen VG -30) by wt of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction including cleaning the road surfaces of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972 of DARKEYE fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Make - DARKEYE or Equivalent of 3M/TATA BP SOLAR/SHAKTI)

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed. (Make - DARKEYE or Equivalent of 3M/TATA BP SOLAR/SHAKTI)

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate, in floor/sub-base finishing the surfaces even and fair etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled with broken bricks in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including spreading, leveling, watering & consolidation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block pointed/jointed with gray cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thhickness, M-35 Grade etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing, cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.
