The followings works are to be carried out for Preventive maintenance of 220 /132/33 KV CBs at 220 KV substation, Mahuakheraganj

Proper and safe opening of all the power connections, jumpers etc and then opening of all doors, windows and panels for adequate reach inside the CBs and thorough cleaning of all mechanics, electrical and electronic parts with blower and vacuum cleaner and lubrication of all moving parts etc. as per direction of engineer in charge

Removal of deep settles dust, rusts etc with suitable chemicals including cost of all consumables as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Proper checking of all electrical and mechanical static and moving mechanism, Lubrication of all movable parts ,checking of all seals, nut & bolts, checking and rectification of leakage of SF6 gas , replacement of O ring, setting right of any discrepancy found,. After servicing of circuit breaker checking of breaker opening/closing as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Making of all the jumpers, connections and charging of circuit breakers after complete testing etc.

Checking of all control wiring of respective Circuit Breakers, motors at switch yard along with checking of operations from control panel at Kiosk and ,checking of tripping /closing assembly and replacement of faulty one etc. checking and replacement of faulty contactor relay, limit switch, TB and wiring of them. after that checking of operation and indication from Sub- station Automation system (SAS) at control room etc.as per direction of Engineer in charge complete in all respect
