Installation Part (Part-B1)

Installation at site of the Control Desk at Clear Water Pump House

Installation at site of Capacitor-Reactor unit along with necessary H.T. Cables, Jointing Kit all complete for the H.T. Switch gear at Clear Water Pump House

Installation at site of Rubber Mat, Shock Treatment Chart etc for the H.T. Rooms of Pump House & Sub-Station as per the specification & direction of E.I.C.

H.V., M.V. Test with Clearance from D.O.E. including Setting & Calibration of the instruments for the whole system as per the standard and as instructed, to satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Testing, Commissioning and Trial run operation of the entire system for one month to ensure the the performance of the equipment up to the desired objective & requirement.

Repairing / Servicing with replacement of damaged spare parts for the existing Agitator of Flash Mixer as instructed and satisfaction of the EIC.

Repairing / Servicing with replacement of damaged spare parts for the existing MCC cum PDB , 415 Volt, ± 10%, 3 phase, 50Hz, ± 5%, A.C. system for the Clariflocculator as instructed and satisfaction of the EIC.

Supply, delivery at site & installation of Vertical non clog type Sludge Pumps & Motors (40 H.P.), in Sludge Pump House as instructed and satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Supply, delivery at site & installation of Control Console for Filter Bed in Filter House as instructed and satisfaction of the EIC

Replecement of the Control & Signal Cables of the Filter Console for Remote operation & Indication including the accessories related with the pneumatic system of the individual Filter Bed all complete to make the console ready in every aspect at the Filter House,as instructed and satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Repairing / Servicing with replacement of damaged spare parts for the MCC cum PDB, 415 Volt, ± 10%, 3 phase, 50Hz, ± 5%, A.C. system for the Sludge & Chemical House loads as instructed and satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Supply, delivery at site & installation of Remote Control Desk & Instrument panel for motor control, Power Distribution & other system for the WTP at the Filter Annex Building as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Repairing / Servicing with replacement of damaged spare parts for the Main MCC cum PDB, 415 Volt, ± 10%, 3 phase, 50Hz, ± 5%, A.C. system in Filter Annex Building for the WTP loads as instructed and satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Supply & Installation of Alum Agitator in Chemical House as instructed and satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Supply & Installation of 0.5 HP Pump with Motor etc. for supply of raw water from Clarifier to Laboratory in the Chemical House as instructed and satisfaction of the E-I-C.

Supply & Installation of Air Blower with Motor in Sludge Pump House with Piping arrangement and other necessary ancillary works all complete to introduce the same in the existing system as instructed and satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
