Providing and fixing of wiring into four lines including phases neutral & earth throughout pandal with security norms providing power supply to various equipment’s used inside pandal such as cooler,AC, light, fans installed at various locations and switch board,plug points for electronic media, lighting and other electronic items complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing with operating Air-condition for Stage and VIP dining area with all acessories complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing & fixing with operating Air desert cooler with all acessories complete as per direction of EIC.

Provinding Generators (noiseless) for operating electric and related equipment with fuel 63 KVA and 125 KVA. with 8 Hr of Backup for the entire event complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Provinding pedestal misty fans (noiseless) as per requirement in different locations complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing of photography still and videography Nikon 610 or canon 5D full frame, two Camera Each complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of outdoor high contrast LED projection live display for better vision to audience in pandal area. (10ft. x 8ft.) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of video switcher HD-SDI (Panasonic HMX 100) etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of HD-SDI cable with NEUTRIK BNC connector etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing two plasmas of 50" monitor at stage complete with all acessories as per requirement complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Management for the entire event by deploying required nos. of event managers (ladies & gents) for Bhumi poojan, Foundation stone laying, comprising of dais management, guest/ dignitaries facilitation, compering, reception, dining area management and co-ordination to various entities associated to make the event grand success as per satisfaction of E.I.C.

a) All arrangement i/c Pandit, Puja and hawan materials, prasad etc. complete as per satisfaction of E.I.C. b) Covered tent for the ceremony c) Arrangement for live covergae of Bhoomi pujan. d) Sound system, light arrangements, fan, chairs, carpets as per requirement at Puja site.

Providing of foundation stone of 02 nos. of Black Acrylic sheet 4 mm thick inauguration Sheet (in Hindi and English language as per matter provided by department) to be placed side by side mountained on a single stable wooden/steel frame with suitable height pedestal at the bottom and remote operated curtain of silk satin of approved colour. Alternate arrangement of mechanical operation shall also be made. Computerized cut Golden colour paper words for text and AAI logo to be pasted and unveiling arrangement with LED backdrop or any suitable arrangement i/c decoration all complete.

Providing Inagural lamp with all required paraphernalia i.e. wicks, oil, camphor, candles, match box and good quality tray etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing High Tea i/c mineral water arrangement, serving by deploying trained personnels with proper dress code and maintaining decorum complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Provision of Catering & seating arrangement for high tea for invited guests by providing round tables with cloth, VVIP chairs with cloth, Buffett table all complete for 500 guest complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Arrangement of cookies, toffees, mineral water on Dais table i/c serving by deploying trained personnels with proper decorum also providing of name plates of dais digniteries complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Standees size (2'6" x 6') at various locations to highlight the event at locations finalised by A.A.I.

Making all arrangements for Flex Branding of minimum size 10' x 12' at locations finalised by A.A.I.

Providing dustbins ensuring proper cleaning and garbage disposal time to time by deploying required manpower and material complete as per satisfaction of EIC .

Providing bio-toilets for public i/c maintaining hyigene and sanitisation by deploying required manpower and material complete as per satisfaction of EIC.

Complete fire fighting arrangement for main pandal and surrounding area with manpower i/c obtaining of necessary fire clearance from statuary authority complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
