Rack 6/7 Shelves open ( TP/ FD-106, FD-1037 & 1038 ) Removing of old unserviceable parts of Racks six shelves open as under, replacing the same with new parts as per drgs and making functional.

M&L replacement existing old worn out unserviceable shelves with new shelves made out of MS plain sheet of 1mm thick nominal thickness ,made to shape and size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L painting Racks six shelves open with RFU Olive Green paint after grinding the welded surfaces, where ever necessary and smothing the whole frame with emery paper,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F MS Angle 30 x 30 x 3 mm after removing old/ unserviceable/ damaged MS angle of Racks, all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Teapoy Verandah ( FD-383 ) Removing of old unserviceable parts of Teapoy Verandah as under, replacing the same with new parts as per drgs and making functional.

Supply and fixing of new top made of pre-laminated particle board size 900x450x19mm thick one side teak wood finish and other side white (OST) duly teak wood edging 4mm thick all round the the top including french polishing as per drg after taking out old broken/ cracked top, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour painting the table with synthetic enamelled White paint after preparing the surface smooth with providing PVC shoe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair CB Steel with Arms ( FD-75 (M ) Removing old unserviceable parts of Chair CB Steel with arms and replacing the same as per drgs and making functional.

Supply and fixing of Seat made out of sheesham wood duly black painted and canned with 2mm wide plastic cane in Godrej pattern and border 3 mm wide plastic cane after removing the old seat and fixing the same with nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in –Charge.

Supply and fixing of back made out of sheesham wood duly black painted and canned with 2mm wide plastic cane in Godrej pattern and border 3 mm wide plastic cane after removing the old back and fixing the same with nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in –Charge.

Supply and fixing long rail made of GI tubing 32mm internal bore medium grade ISI marked both side threaded all as per drawing after taking out old broken GI tubing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of short rail made out of tubing GI 32mm duly threaded both side retrieved from Srl item No. 5.01 above here-in-before all as per drawing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing new short rail made of GI tubing 32mm internal bore medium grade ISI marked both side threaded all as per drawing after taking out old broken GI tubing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of elbow GI 3 way 32mm, ISI marked after taking out cracked elbows all as per drawing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of caps GI 32mm to legs all as per drawing after taking out the old/cracked caps, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of legs made out of tubing GI 32mm duly threaded one side retrieved from Srl item No 5.03 here-in-before all as per drawing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Check Nuts 32mm GI all as per drawing after taking out old/ cracked Nuts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable ply wood commercial 12mm thick from existing charpoy GI pipe and replacing the same with new 12mm thick commercial ply wood make Kitply or equivalent after tighting the charpoy complete with elbow, nut & bolt 8mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Table dining OR's ( FD-165 ) Removing old unserviceable parts of table Dining ORs as under, replacing the same as per drgs and making functional.

Replacement of unserviceable top of table with new top size 1900 x 685 x 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade one side teak wood finish and other side white duly fixed with 4mm thick teak wood beadings including french polishing complete including fixing materials, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing broken parts of frame of table dining ORs with 25mm, 16G MS sq conduit pipe where ever required. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in - Charge.

Painting the frame of table dining ORs with RFU black paint in two coats over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after grinding the welded surfaces, where ever necessary and smotthing the whole frame with emery paper. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable top with new top made out 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side teak faced and other white exteriar grade with 4mm teak wood beading all round the top, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying two coat of OG synthetic enamelled Paints of approved quality by spray gun externally as well internally after preparing the steel surfaces smoothening, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Table Office clerk Steel ( FD- 84 & 1004 ) Removing old unserviceable parts of table office clerk steel as under, replacing the same as per drgs and making functional.

M&L removing of dents and bends and smoothening the defective place and repairs to drawers as to slide easily in and out of the table including lock of drawers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable top with new top made out of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade one side teak faced other side white all round the top with 4mm thick teak wood beading including french polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of OG synthetic enamelled paint of approved quality by spray gun externally as well internally after preparing the steel surfaces smooth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Almirah Med Steel W/Shelves/Almirah Med Steel 1/2H, 1/2 Shelves ( FD-67 & FD-1032 ) Removing of old unserviceable parts of Almirah Med Steel W/Shelves/Almirah Med Steel 1/2H, 1/2 Shelves as under and replacing the same as per drg and making functional.

Replacement of existing broken /unserviceable door handle with new mild steel chromium plated handled with fittings complete with lock and loking assembly, hinges etc rest all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable bottom based leg duly painted with two coates of synthetic enamelled olive green paint over a coat of zinc chrome metal primer. MS sheet for legs shall be 1.00mm thick to be fixed by Gas welding after removing the existing unserviceable legs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable existing lock of Almirah steel & S/F New lock with two keys complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable existing door & S/F New door including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as per drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing old worn out unserviceable shelves with new shelves made out of MS plain sheet of 1mm thick nominal thickness ,made to shape and size, including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as shown on drawing and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting to complete almirah internally and externally both sides after preparing the surface by scraping, cleaning, denting, applying putty etc and finally applying two coats of synthetic emamel paint grey colour by spray gun machine complete rest all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting to complete locker steel internally and externally both sides after preparing the surface by scraping, cleaning, denting, applying putty etc and finally applying two coats of synthetic emamel paint grey colour by spray gun machine complete rest all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

CHAIR VERANDAH ( FD-256, FD-333 & FD-359 ) Removing old unserviceable parts of chair verandah as under, replacing the same as per drgs and making functional.

Removal of unserviceable cane and recaning complete seat and back of chair verandah with plastic cane 4mm wide of approved quality in Mat pattern after applying one coat of white synthetic enamel paint and hard PVC shoes where required rest all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Bed hard steel MAP ( FD/E6/MAP/ 08 (R) ) Removing old unserviceable ply same as per drgs and making functional.

Replacement of 12mm thick 7 ply commercial ply wood BWR Grade ISI Mark as per drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting to bed with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint after scraping/ cleaning of surfaces with abrasive emery paper for smooth painting rest all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chair Computer/ Chair revolving steel (TP) Removing old unserviceable parts of Chair for Computer as under, replacing the same as per drg, making item serviceablea as per following :-

Replacement of unserviceable hydraulic system with new hydraulic system as specified, and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Replecement of unserviceable castor wheels 50mm with new castor wheels of approved make complete all as per drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replecement of unserviceable PU Handle with new PU Handle left and right of approved make complete all as per drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replecement of unserviceable Base with new Base of approved make complete all as per drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of old and unservicable letherite cloth for seat and back with best quality leathrite as specified and approved.The fixing and finishing shall be done in accordance with drg and standard workmanship. Note:- Rate of leatherite shall not less than Rs 350/- per meter.

Field Coats 1810x930x910 mm with mattress (TP)

Supply and fixing of plywood top on the Field Coats, plywood shall be ISI Marked, BWR grade 08mm thick of Kit Ply/ Shalimar make and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of new mattress 100mm thick 32 density complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-charge.

Double Bunk Charpoy (TP)

Supply and fixing of plywood top on the Double Bunk Charpoy, plywood shall be ISI Marked, BWR gde, 8.00 mm thick of Kit Ply/ Shalimar make and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L welding in repairs to steel items of furniture not exceeding 2.5 cm in length making the welding smooth by grinding etc and rest all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
