Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exe 100 m complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing rubbish upto a distanceto a distance n.exe 100 m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbishto a distance n.exe 100 m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish to a distance n.exe 100 m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm/300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed, ceramic, coloured tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 6-7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 10 mm thick (Square/ Rectangular) polished, light shade, area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors by providing 3mm spacers and filling with epoxy grout matching color with tiles by applying masking tape etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 & cutting, polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing over and including 15 mm thick, screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab, 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing over and including 10 mm thick, screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 as in vertical surfaces as skirting/dado etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors laid in alternate bays and finishing the surfaces even & smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new platered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including applying one or more coat of wall care putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS

Taking down, Resecuring or easing & adjusting and refixing in the same opeing shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm but n. exc 2 Sqm each including refixing builder's hardware as required and replacement of screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and filling light weight AAC bats (of size 40-60mm) with cement mortar mixed in the ratio 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 block bats) including mixing of approved water proofing compound in recommended proportion, the laid AAC bats mix shall be well rammed and compacted as required; care shall be taken prior to filling all pipes passing through sunk portion such as the pipes are pressure tested by maintaining pressure for 24 Hours and junctions of pipes passing through walls, slabs are well grouted and sealed; this shall be tested by ponding water for required depth and maintaining for 75 Hours complete all as required and as directed. (Note: (I) Unit quoted rate shall deemed to include cost of AAC bats, cement mortar, top screed, labour charges for working at all levels, leads and heights, (ii) For payment the area of sunken slab and depth of filling including the thickness of screed shall be measured)

M & L for filling polymer modified non shrinking slurry for sunken floors of toilets by drilling holes to a depth of 60mm by 20mm dia at 1 mtr interval and applying 2mm thick Acrylic polymer modified elastomeric waterproofing membrane coating over the concrete syrfaces by mixing Acrylic emulsion cement modifier and water based concrete bonding agent and water including testing the same for 48 hours as per the manufacturer's technical specification complete all as specified and as directed Make: (a) Polymer modified non shrinking slurry = CEBEX 100 of M/S Fosroc or equivalent product of M/s. Cutting holes into or through cement concrete slabs, chajjas, etc. reinforced or otherwise n.exe 100 sqcm and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 50 mm bore unplasticized PVC (UPVC) pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/sq. cm including all fittings and fixed to wall ,ceiling and laid on floor including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil)out side MOD land to a distance of 15.00 km or under, beyond the lead , including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china (White) wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) with 'P' or 'S' trap front or back inlet, fixing bolts (except flushing cistern and flush pipe) incl plastic water closet seat cover (White) and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinging device complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair 15 mm bore, CP Health Faucet with 8mm Dia, 1.0 Meter Long Flexible Tube & Wall Hook with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore, angular stop cock long shank and cup type with wall flange, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore, Steel tubing and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore, Steel tubing and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning as directed.

S&F 20 mm outer dia ,CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.
