CIVIL WORKS

Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15 mm. depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/l.

Providing 6mm cement plaster (1:4) in celling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6)with clean coarse sand of F.M 1.5--do- -do--complete job.

Dismantling plain cement or lime concrete work including stacking serviceable materials in countable stacks within 15M. Lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :

Supplying, fitting and fixing 20 guage G.C.I. Sheet gate fitted on M.S. Angle frame of size 60X60X6mm. Including cost of fabrication, providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting, and fixing M.S. Grill made of 20X6mm M.S. Flate as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth, carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/I. (where materials is not supplied by the deptt.)

Providing primer one coat of red lead paint of approved make over new steel surface including preparing the surface after cleaning, removing dust, dirt, scales smokes and grease and cleaning the surface throughly including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (Mode of measurement area shall be multiplied by the co-efficient as indicated in building specification)

Providing two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface throughly , scaffolding and taxes all after removing dirt including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
