Should have satisfactorily working certificate/work completion certificate for transportation of books & other materials in the last three financial years (2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24) to any Govt. Department/Statutory organization/Boards/University/College Libraries, Institututions.

Tenderer shall be either proprietorship or partnership firm or a company registered under the companies Act 1956 or a registered society.

Copy of the PAN card of the firm has to be uploaded as detailed below a) If a firm is sole proprietorship PAN and AADHAR card copy of the proprietorship b) If a firm is partnership PAN card copy of the firm only (partners PAN card Copy will not be considered) C) If a firm is private Ltd or Public Ltd Company, PAN card copy of the company.

GST Certificate and GST Returns Certificate for the years April-2023 to Dec-2024

Affidavit for Bond Paper Rs 100.00 should be uploaded stating that any dispute arises between parties will be settled with in Bangalore Jurisdiction.

The turnover of the tenderer shall not be less than Rs 25.00 Lakhs in any one year in the last three financial year 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24. Duly certified by a chartered accountant
