Providing of Split type High wall 2.0 TR (6000 Kcal/ hr.)+-2% split A.C. Machine with Inverter Compressor technology operating on non-CFC refrigerant (R-410A/R-32/equivalent refrigerants) suitable for wall mounting conforming to IS:1391 (Part-II) specification (Evaporator & Condenser must have copper pipe) suitable for operation on 230 volt +- 10%, not less than 3 (Three) Star rating (2019 Standard), 50Hz, Single Phase AC Supply capable of performing a) Cooling b) Dehumidifying c) Air Circulation d) Filtering as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Standard installation of 1.5 TR/2.00 TR capacity High Wall Split Air Conditioner i/c providing of electrical plug top of required capacity, flling up/ repairing of drilled portions by cement mortar, painting etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fabrication of M.S. platform for placement of condensing unit by using M.S. angle of (50x50x5) mm size base plate, nuts & bolts or cradle of suitable sizes i/c painting, fitting, fixing grouting by cement mixer as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing hard PVC pipe of best quality of 25 mm diameter including necessary clamping and fitting for draining of condensate water from indoor unit as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of additional length of copper pipe of suitable diameter for suction and liquid line between indoor and outdoor units (for 1.5 TR & 2 TR ac) beyond the standard length as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and connecting Electric Control cables between MCB to indoor/outdoor. 3C X 2.5 Sq. Mm Copper Cable.

Providing,Installation,Testing & commissioning of Variable Refrigerent Flow (VRF) System type indoor unit comprising of Copper coil section, filter section, micro processor type PCB , the unit shall be ceiling suspended type and complete with all standard accessories etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. (VRF four way cassette unit Capacity minimum 3TR)

Providing for Installation, commissioning of top discharge heat pump type VRF System Outdoor units of AC machines capable of both heating & cooling, minimum capacity of 16 HP or 12.8 TR with DC inverter scroll compressor in each outdoor unit, operating on 3-ph/50 Hz/380-415V,Maximum Noise Level: 63-69 dB, Outdoor unit shall be factory assembled weather proof casing constructed from heavy gauge mild steel, the outdoor unit should contain error code diagnosis function for ease of operation, should contain 2 nos fan motor as per manufacturer's design, the system should be equipped with eco-friendly refrigerant R 410A, the system should be suitable for operation up to 50-56⁰C, the outdoor units shall be complete with all safety devices etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supply installation testing and commissioning including vaccumization and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRF/VRV system,complete with fittings,with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing /brazing including accessories insulated with XLPE Class O tubular insulation/with Class O closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specification etc as required:

12.7 mm dia (OD) (soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm with 19mm thick insulation.

Supply & laying of Copper conductor scheduled flexible communication cabling betwwen ODU and IDU as per OEM specification (VRF) cable shall be laying through hard PVC conduit pipe etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supply & fitting fixing of G.I. Cable Tray for laying of copper pipe suport along with fittings as per required size 100mm.

Supply & filling of First charge of refrigerant R410 A.

Providing & connecting Electric control cables between indoor & outdoor, Machine room Supply point to indoor machine suitable cable for 3-phase line in/c Neutral etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & installation Outdoor structure or CC Pedestal complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & Installation of Remote Controller Compitable of VRF indoor Unit , Cordless controller etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
