One 3/5 pin 6 Amps socket outlet point on independent board controlled by one, one-way switch.

One 3/5 pin, 6 Amps socket outlet point on the same board with other switches controlled by one, one-way switch.

-Ditto- all as per item No. 3.00 here-in-before but one 16A socket point controlled by one 16A switch on independent board with cables 2.5 sqmm size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old sub main wiring and S&F new sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded, copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm LT, 1100V grade, drawn through and including adequate sizes PVC non metallic conduit of 20mm / approprite dia with accessories and fittings and one run of 4.0 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor. Two runs of cable one run of earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic conduit shall be measured as one run length. Cable required for connection to DBs shall be deemed to be included and shall not be measured separately. Earth wire shall run inside the conduit pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Extra length of cable required for connection to MCBs shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate)

Labour only for attending day to day electric complaints of internal electrification and repairing in situ by skilled electrician along with a helper and rectifying the faulty points/ replacing defective items (Switch, Socket, MCB, Tubelight, holder, capacitor, regulator, bell, fan replacement, light etc) complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The trademan should carry all Tools and safety equipments to carry out complaint. Any accident/mis-happening occur will be the responsibility of contractor. (b) The store used in rectifying the complaint will be measured under 'supply only' items on the same BOQ. (c) Trademen shall report the concern complaint Cell at 0900 hrs. (d) Each replacement of defective electric point will be considered as one Complaint. (e) Penality for non attending complaint up to 12 hours shall be charged at the rate of Rs. 100/- per complaint.

Supply and fix in replacement of 3mm thick phenolic laminated hylam sheet of size 8" X 5" including necessary cutting and drilling holes for fixing of switches, sockets & fan regulators etc as per site requirement and fixing the hylam sheet on existing metal flush box with new brass/GI screws and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note: S&F of switches, sockets & regulators shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in replacement of 3mm thick phenolic laminated hylam sheet of size 5" X 5" including necessary cutting and drilling holes for fixing of switches,sockets & fan regulators etc as per site requirement and fixing the hylam sheet on existing metal flush box with new brass/GI screws and washers complete all as specified and directed Note: S&F of switches, sockets & regulators shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down existing unserviceable service cable of any description and Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated multi-stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel wire or strip and overall PVC sheathed, 25 sq. mm nominal cross section, 4 core in service connections as per IS 7098 (Part 1) including connecting on LT OH line / LT panel /DB with suitable lugs, glands, binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe, ISI marked of outer dia 63mm, inner dia 50mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface, non-pressure type, laid in trenches/floors/duct or fixed on walls /pole including all connections, accessories like socket, couplers, bends, etc for protection of LT cable XLPE grade 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of pipes / cable and for poles/stay and struts not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
