REPAIR TO ROAD AND ROAD FURNITURE AT NAGTALAO UNDER GE BANAR

Preparing surfaces of existing black top surfaces by brooming with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Scarifying or picking exc 100 mm deep gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam including WBM/WMM surfaces in area exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM , with coarse aggregates of granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for laying Premix bituminous,macadam using paving bitumen of any penetration (Bitumen content 4% by wt of total mix) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Repair to potholes not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m using paving bitumen, putting in premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumeen, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen VG-40 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix. Rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete, and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing of any type of bituminious surfaces to receive the thermoplastic paint and marking of guide lines, dashes, arrows and letters etc with reflective thermoplastic paint with minimum thickness 2.00 to 3.00 mm in white, golden, yellow or black colour as required, using necessary glass beads for achieving reflection on roads, pavements and the like in any width all as per MoRTH clause 803.4 and BS 6068 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
