1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing & fixing weld mesh 12 guage & mesh size 12mmX12mm over steel frames using suitable size nails/screws, etc complete all as directed by EIC

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (Tile profiled)(size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete :

Ridges plain (500 - 600mm)

Providing and fixing PVC mouded rain water gutter 150 MM with iron brackets 20x6mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete all as per the directions of engineer-in-charge

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to matchthe shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement

Providing and Constructing Hollow Cement Concrete block masonry in Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) using factory made, load bearing, approved quality Cement Concrete blocks of specified size, Grade A (3.5) as per IS:2185 (Part-I) 2005,Density of blocks not less than 1500 kg/cum. Minimum average Compressive strength of units 3.5N/sqmm and Minimum strength of individual units 2.8N/sqmm, set to level plumb includingsetting in position, providing scaffolding, curing, raking out joints wherever required etc., complete with all leads and all as per specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

In substructure up to plinth level 150/200mm thick walls

Supplying and installing of minimum 10 mm thick polyethylene Septic Tank of capacity 20-25 flushing per day, having three chambers with one manhole, length of tank 2300mm, outer diameter 1000mm, diameter of manhole 550 mm , diameter of inlet and outlet pipe 110mm, 50mm dia air vent. The rate quoted shall also include cost of earth work, back filling, bottom PCC 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 100mm thick, installation charges and connecting 110 mm diameter PVC pipe to the nearby man hole by cutting and packing with PCC 1:2:4(1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) .Septic tank shall be connected to the drain around the shed by PVC SWR pipe 110mm Dia and shall be provided with vent pipe and Cowl Complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.(Make:-UNITED or Other approved make)

Providing and fixing plastic agro shade net of approved quality to the steel frame work for covering roof and sides of net house with aluminium strips of 25x 3 mm and steel screws including cost of all materials, labour, tansportation charges, loading and unloading etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed (antiskid) floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
