All Tenderers /Bidders shall provide the requested information accurately and in sufficient as detailed in Section-3: Qualification Information and shall upload all the documents/credentials meeting the Qualifying Requirements

The Bidder Should have carried out at least one similar work on Total or Partial Turnkey Basis in the last 10 years preceding the date of bid submission and shall be completed and commissioned 1 year prior to the date of submission of the Bid. Mandating satisfactory completion as a 56prime contractor for at least one similar work of value not less than 50% of the cost of the contract (Rs.12.45Lakh).

Tenderer should further demonstrate Liquid Assets and/or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.7.47Lakhs

The Tenderer/ Bidder Should possess Valid Super Grade (SGL) Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka or Valid Form J-1 Verification letter issued by the Chief Electrical Inspectorate, Govt. of Karnataka to other State Electrical Contractor License Holder for the highest system voltage specified in the tendered work as on the date of Bid Submission and shall upload the same along with other Bidding documents failing which the offer will be rejected

All self declarations, legally enforceable deeds & Undertakings as per terms and conditions of the tender

The bidder should have valid Valid labour license

The tendered shall have achieved in at least two financial years in the last five years i.e. FY 2021-22 to 2025-2026 a minimum financial turnover not less than the amount put to tender of Rs. 24.90Lakhs
