M&L for Demolition of Cement Concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings, foot paths n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing path complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in fiooring, path/ hard standing surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement and forming the expansion and contraction joints at regular intervals with proper sealent compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition precast concrete articles, like kerb stone/walls and precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for providing Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20 mm graded Aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Demolition of Cement Concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and pavings, drain walls n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Hardcore of broken stone boulders of gauge n.exc 63mm , deposited , spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thickness watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8), Type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 by using 40mm graded aggregate in surface channels, saucer drains, and roads complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter and the like for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.
