.90Notes : 1. Contractor should visit at site before Quoting the tender to know the working condition of installations. 2. All requisite safety measurers shall be adopted by contractor on site. 3. The contractor shall be provided and employ one no skilled AC plant technician (as approved by GE / Engineer-in-charge) and shall be reported at 0900 hrs to JE E&M /Engineer-in-charge to collect the complaints of AC Plants on every working days. The quoted rate included the payments for AC plant technician. The contractor shall also be provided AC plant technician on Sunday & holiday if required or asked by JE E/M / Engineer-in-charge failing which a recovery will be done Rs 1500.00 Per day per person. 4. The complaints shall be rectified with in 24 hrs, If the complaints is/are not attended /not completed within 24 Hrs (except repair/ replacement of major parts) recovery will be done Rs 1500.00 Per complaint per day. 5. For major Parts should be rectified within 07 Working days failing which a recovery will be done Rs 2000.00 Per complaint per day. 6. All preventive maintenance, servicing shall be carried out by OEM only. The contractor has to done periodical maintenance services at every three months. 7. All exisiting VRV units/chiller units/cold rooms makes/capacities/model Nos were mentioned in schedule of items, contractor should quote the rates for spare parts accordingly. 8. The contractor has to submit service reprorts to JE/AGE within 2 days of carrying out PMS.
1.00Comprehensive maintenance and servicing (once in 3 months) of VRV/VRF outdoor unit and associated indoor units by OEM including Checking visible signs of oil / leakage, operation of room sensor / proper location, drain line for water leakage, abnormal noise in blower / motor, air leakage through ducts, fresh air leakage in return air path and Cleaning air filters/evaporator coils/drain pan in indoor units. Checking of visible signs of oil / leakage, undue vibrations in the compressor, abnormal noise in fan / motor, tightness of all electrical connections, tightness of communication wiring, tightness of all electrical connections, Crankcase heater in operation (switch off system), Suction/Discharge pressure,Voltage at the ODU terminal (RY/YB/BR), Compressor (amps), Voltage neutral to Earth, all nut bolts / screws are in proper places and Cleaning of condenser coil - blower / water / fin comb in outdoor units of following capacities/circuits all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note : (i). Cost of spares are measured and paid seperately. (ii). Before accepting the contract, the Contractor should be obtained MoU (Memorandum of understanding) from OEM and shall be submmiting a copy of MoU to CWE Ezhimala before accepting the tender.
