REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF ROOF TREATMENT FALSE CEILING TILING AND CERTAIN BR REPAIR WORKS AT AFS KUMBHIRGRAM

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Asbestos fibre cement building boards 4 mm thick fixed to timber frame work with screws as in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre, hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjustable level fixed to roof by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long with and including 4mm thick Non asbestos cement plain building board, laid in GI frame work (size of grid 605x605mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling framed timber scantling 40Sqcm and over in section in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class hard wood in scantlings clean sawn timber framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down tarfelt with tiles and cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50 m and n. exc. 100m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust complete all as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item ).

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid perarately under relevant item as supply only).

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatrment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top :- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.25 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surface. (Note :- Bituminuous primer shall be "TANK MASTIC" manufactured by "EMUFALTE" manufactured by M/s Texsa India Ltd./STP) (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymembric membrane of approved manufacturer 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester febric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) APP bassed polymeric membrane shall be "MOPLY FP 3MM" manufactured by M/S Texsa India Limited/STP/Sika India Pvt. Ltd. (iv) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint over APP membrane.)

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge/thickness in roof or wall covering complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre - painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating (AZ 150) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed.

S & F pre - painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating (AZ 150) GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor, hard standing finishing surfaces even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25 mm thick, with white cement and pigments , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but excluding backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm thick vitrified ceramic tiles light shade coloured (Square or rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for glazed ceramic coloured/printed tiles of size 350x250x6 to 7/ 450x 350 x 6 to 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados over and including 10 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1: 4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including mixing of WPC (LW+)@200ml/50kg of cement in second layercomplete all as specified and directed. Note:-Liquid water proofing compound (LW+)shall be measured and paid separately.
