If the bidder is a authorized dealer has to upload 30 percent of tender quantity of similar items supplied purchase orders with satisfactory or completion certificate

If the bidder is an OEM has to upload documents of having supplied 80 percent of tender quantity of similar goods / Purchase orders with satisfactory or completion report
