Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for laying of LT UG cable, pipe, pole, stay etc and n exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil including taking out old bricks laid over cable protection all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n exc. 1.5m wide and exc 1.5m but n exc 3m in depth for laying of LT UG cable, pipe, pole, stay etc and n exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft/disintegerated including taking out old bricks laid over cable protection all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soil obtained from excavation all as directed

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance n exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level 1.5m above starting point all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing hard standing/ bituminous road surfaces for laying cable / GI pipe etc and providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) ,type B2,using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling road cuttings surfaces and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation required below paving/road shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for GI tubing, 80mm bore light grade, galvanized, with all fittings required such as bends, Tees, elbows, sockets, fixing clamps etc for protection of cable/GI strip in road crossing/fixing on ploe, wall etc including removing old unserviceable pipe any size all as directed. Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately.

All as above item No 6 but 50mm bore light grade, GI tubing etc all as directed. Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and spreading in natuaral riddled soil as earth cushioning to cable by using IS sieve to separate the composite particle/roots etc and refilling in trenches and compacted in layers to form a solid bed covering to cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches burnt brick sub class B of locally available size 20x9x6cms for protection of UG cable laid flat and dry over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay including fixing and connecting electrically XLPE insulated LT underground cable, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor multi-stranded 1100 volts grade, laid in trench, fixed on wall/pole drawn through pipe etc including provision of lugs & testing of following sizes complete all as specified and directed. (a) 4 core 10 sqmm

All as per item No 10 here in before but 4 core 16 sqmm all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10 here in before but 3.5 core 35 sqmm all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable insulators of any size, type, capacity complete all as directed

Dismantling old unserviceable stay assembly including insulators complete all as directed

Dismantling of defective/perished ACSR conductor over head line from existing pole, service feeder or distribution span all as directed

All as per item No 9 here in before but except bricks all as specified and directed. Note : Serviceable brick obtained from item No 1 & 2 to be re used.

M & L for PVC weather proof junction boxes of size 250 x200 x100 mm with PVC connector, heavy duty connector 4 way 16 amps and one MCB SP, 6 Amps and making necessary cable connection all as specified and directed.

M&L for Stay assembly with loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, large size, 90 x 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete with accessories as shown in Electrical Plate No 1 of SSR Part-I consisting of stay rod 20 mm dia, stay plate 300 x 300 x 6 mm thick and GI stay strand 7/4mm including necessary fixing clamps, nuts, bolts, etc; complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip of 25 x 4 mm as earth lead and all as directed. by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel connected to earthing test point, continuous earth lead protected by using GI pipe light grade 40mm bore, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering funnel including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of strata, PCC pit and RCC chamber cover complete including test point made out of steel plate of size 75x75x6mm fixed to wallall as specified and as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including dismantling old unserviceable earthing all as directed. Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable cable with single core PVC insulated, sheathed aluminium conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm down through the existing pole/GI pipe from junction box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable pipe with PVC conduit pipe, heavy duty 25mm bore fixed along on pole with 2Nos suitable clamps, nut, bolts and washers from junction box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacing of heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core, 1100 volts, grade as service connections served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 01 metre apart including 4 mm dia GI suspension wire one twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB , 4 pole, 100 Amps, thermal magnetic release , rupturing capacity 16 KA, 415 Volts with fixed thermal - Magnetic Release in L&T/Scheider/ABB/Havells elctrically connecting up including taking down/removing of U/s MCCB from existing LT panel after disconnecting electric connetion complete all as specified.

Repairing, servicing, painting to existing LT panel at site by welding the hinges, replacing of front and back cover sheet as required at site, aluminium bus bar, locking arrangements, legs etc complete and preparation of old treated surfaces of panel and applying spray painting by using spray gun, compressor and stand by DG set of suitable capacity, two coats of synthetic enamel paint (externally and internally) of smoke grey colour over one coat of red oxide primer. Replacing of all internal panel board wiring with PVC insulated copper wire of 4/6 sqmm with suitable lugs, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Cutting and trimming of tree branches of grith 25mm to 75 mm upto 1.50 metre distance on both sides of HT over head lines which is obstructing HT line/illumination of street light by using required tools and plants incl removing trimmed tree branches. Note :- Unit rate quoted deemed to include to keep the HT line free from obstruction through out the period of contract. Permission shall be obtained from Engineer in charge one day proir to trimming by the contractor.

S & F in repairs Mild Steel cross arms minimum 3 Mtr long for 2 pole/ 3 pole/ 4 pole structure (C) channel, bracing, support, clamps etc fabricated structural steel sections, including nuts, bolts, washers etc and cutting to required length bent to any shape drilling holes, fixed on poles or jointed by means of elect welding complete including painting with 2 coats of aluminum paint over a coat of aluminium primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as directed.

Material and labour for ACSR conductor weasel (6x2.59+1x2.59 alum+steel) any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles, stringing, fixing insulator , jumpers binding with aluminium tape or copper binding wire. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag ,jointing jumpers,etc complete including dismantling old unserviceable conductor all as specified and directed

S & F Pin type porcelain vitreous, brown of white insulator suitable for 1100V of working pressure of size 100mm height, 65 mm dia, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanished iron washer and one GI nut complete all as directed.

M&L for shackle type porcelain vitreous, white brown or green insulator for working pressure 1.1 kv of size 75mm height and 115 mm dia including galvanized mild steel straps of section 31 x3 mm size ,12 mm dia bolt nut and washers complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling old and unserviceable pre stressed concrete /Steel poles any type and height including breaking cement concrete complete, Material and erection of Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 152mm at top and 102mm x 289mm at bottom, class 10 complete all as specified and directed by engr-in charge. Note - Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of totally enclosed outdoor type, double door type Security light digital timer panel 3 PHASE of capacity upto 3 KW with programmable switch, suitable range of contactor, TPN MCB 63 amp, Aluminium bus bar of suitable apm rating weldless cubical Kiosk in modular bolted construction type dust and vermin proof floor mounted type (IP-65 degree of protection) made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet of suitable size. All sheet metal parts shall be chemically treated with 7 tank treatment process. The panel having both side door with locking arrangement all doors fixed with Steel hinges with suitable size nut bolts and shall have flexible space for fixing of each switchgear and control gear compartment with cable alley tray of size not less than 30 cm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint powder coated, duly drilled holes for connections and mounted on epoxy based post insulators for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 HZ AC supply, hibling, cable entry boxes, cable gland and LT panel shall be mounted on PCC foundation incl taking down old panel all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. M & L for Painting of concrete pole, by applying one coat of cement base paint after scraping / brushing and cleaning the Algae on pole and cross arms and a coat of white synthetic enamel painting to pole upto 1.5 mtr from ground level shall be painted by alternate layer of black and white enamel paint ( 30 cms apart) Pole Number shall be written on pole by black paint in yellow circle of 150mm dia. A coat of aluminium painting shall be done on Cross arm and bracing, nut, bolts and washers etc after prep of surfaces all as directed by Engr in charge.
