Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology

Master plan, Overall Building Design Approach, Study of surrounding developments, Building Design and elevation, Environment study of storm water and sewage disposal as per NBC & IPHS Norms.

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff (CV of 1 Team Leader 1 Deputy Team Leader(Architect), 1 Structural Engineer, 1 Quantity Surveyor,1 Mechanical Engineer, 1 Electrical & 1 PHE Engineer) will be considered) for detailed marks allocation refer Annexure - C-a) Qualification-10 points, b)Experience to related project-14,c)Experience in region and language-6-Total 30

Should have certificate of ISO 9001:2015 Certificate for providing Architectural and Structural Design drawing Services

Financial feasibility study
