Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth in all leads in all kind of soils, rocks, hard rocks, soft rocks,including dressing the surface complete in all respect. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer-in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges it lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/ removed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement conrete 1:4:8(1cement: 4sand: 8graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curring complete exculding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonary/polygonal rubble masonary un-coursed/brought courses with hard stone of approved quallity in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6sand: 12graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

Form work:-Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30mmx5mm.(Thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden/ steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a) Foundation, footings bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

(b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts. Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan, in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

© Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam hunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels up to any depth in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

(d) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Floors etc.upto any thickness in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

e) For edges of slab.

f) Vertical wall surfaces such as wall any thickness.

Providing and fixing panelled,glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows including brignt finished/balck enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws including carriage of material through all modes of transporation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specification and entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge . 35 mm thick.Ist class Deodar wood.

Providing / fixing wire gauge shutters using galvinsed MS wire gauge of I.S. designation 85G with wire of dia of 0.56mm for door ,windows & clerstory windows including bright finished /black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws. 30mm thick 1st class Deodar wood.

Steel work welded in built, up saction in trusses and framed work including cutting hosting fixed in position & applying a priming coat of red lead paint in :(a) In grating framed guard, bars ladders, railing, brackets and similar works.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and laying spartic ceremic tiles 5.5mm thick in flooring 300x300mm size on treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

White glazed tiles (Digital) 6 mm thick in skirting risers of steps and dado 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) and jointed with cement slurry.including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Kota stone slab flooring (60x60 cm) 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab. Including rubbing and polishing complete. 25 mm thick. including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand pepered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (Two coats) with Ist quality oil bound washable distemper of approved shade and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equaeliet on under corted wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces,with enamel paitn to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping as per HP. PWD. Specifications of 1990 Volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. with ready mixed paint other than White paint.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other matel surfaces after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered knotting Ready mixed pain brushing red oxide/zink oxide chrome as per HP.
