Supply and fixing in replacement of DOL starter , single phase starter with relay capacity 2.5 to 10 Amps suitable for pump set of capacity up to 2 HP complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement of DOL starter , three phase starter with relay capacity 9.5 to 20 Amps suitable for pump set of capacity up to 5 HP complete all as specified and directed .

Opening gland bracket/plate from pump set or sluice valve from gland hose of any type and capacity and fixing suitable size gland bracket/plate to avoid leakage of water from sluice valve and pump set complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repair/replacement of PVC foot valve of size 100 mm dia including removing old U/S foot valve complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 04 here-in-before but 80 mm complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for preparing surfaces of starter panel /LT panel for Pump set of any capacity pump by scraping, removal by hard iron brush of existing paint and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed at site

Disconnecting the three phase electric supply from panel board and taking out the burned panel board wiring ,removing the unserviceable parts like ,Contactor, relays, timers, push button, NO/NC volt coils, Thermal over load relays etc and replace the same which be required to make 100% serviceable of starter upto 12.5 HP- 03 Nos complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repairs on wall/concealed on wall high pressure CPVC pipes 100 mm inner dia schedule-40 & plain schedule 80 fittings and jointed with CPVC yellow solvent cement, fixed to wall/ceiling or laying in floor including taking down old PVC/PPR/GI tubing complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix on wall/concealed on wall high pressure CPVC pipes 50 mm dia SDR-13.5 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings and jointed with CPVC yellow solvent cement, fixed to wall/ceiling or laying in floor including taking down old GI tubing complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No 09 here in before but of size 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling and taking up the submersible motor 3 phase ,50 Hz ,415 volts AC of 1HP to 7.5 HP capacity from bore well and taking out the defective Gun metal bush, thrust bearing including taking out by cutting the brunt out winding. Cleaning the winding core thoroughly by scrapping/washing and make the core suitable for re-winding. Rewinding the motor with water proof PVC insulated copper winding wire of existing gauge and size. Carry out necessary Machine work to motor shaft all as required including necessary spares complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable DOL starter for borewell motor up to 5 HP three phase motor complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of CPVC flanges of Size 100 mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in replacement of CPVC flanges of Size 80 mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repair/replacement of Indicators lamp of Colour : Red / Yellow / Green/Blue complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix MCB SP 6-32 Amps, 240 volt,10 KA 'C' curve conect with lugs including removing old Unserviceable MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 32/40 Amps, 240 volt,10 KA 'C' curve conect with lugs including removing old Unserviceable MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB TPN 63 Amps 240 volt, 10 KA 'C' curve conect with lugs including removing old Unserviceable MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 4 pole , 63 Amp, 415 Volts 16 KA ,fixed type conect with lugs including removing old Unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix MCCB 4 pole , 100 Amp, 415 Volts 16 KA ,fixed type conect with lugs including removing old Unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and Fix in replacement of single phase preventor of any type of pump starter for protect of motor suitable for 3 phase ,415 volts of any capacity of pump complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving exc 15 cm thickness, above ground level) and disposal of debris complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface, including even & smooth finish (without using extra lime or cement) using cement plaster of 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour, for cross arms, bracing, supports clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint(Blue colour) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Paste Multicolour Chart / single line diagram on particle board dully print of single line diagram of drawing shows distribution of pipe lines / Installation details / equipment details /installation drtails etc in multi colour complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Rough drawing /Details ( Hard copy) of equipment and plants will be provided by Department. The contractor has to develop the same with legends/ signs as per the standards on computer in multicolour and same get it approved from Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MS Pipe header 200 mm dia size 5 mtr. length with flanged ends closed with end plates not less than 16 mm thick fixed with nut & bolts with washers and rubber gaskets with and including provision of following incomming and out going connections of length 450 mm with flanged end incuding painting with two coat of enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer including brick mansonary support pillers of suitable size with PCC 1:2:4 in foundation, plastering around with 1.4 cm 10 mm thick and coping 10 cm thick and including connecting existing incomming & outgoing pipe lines and priming tank pipes also all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
