Survey, investigation, design, constuction testing and commisioning of 15 MLD STP and associated Treated Water Reuse system in Bargarh Municipality including O and M for 10 years

Survey, Investigation, Design, Construction, Testing & Commissioning of 15 MLD STP including automation for used water management of Barghar Town all complete as per terms and condition, scope of work & technical Specification stipulated in the DTCN and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of Boundary wall: Design, detailed engineering, construction, testing and completion of RCC Boundary Wall with minimum 1.80 m height above Finished Ground Level (FGL), GI barbed wire fencing, Stainless steel entrance gates with gate pillars, all civil, structural and allied works, testing, quality assurance, as-built drawings, statutory approvals (where applicable), commissioning, and handing over, including supply of all materials, labour, plant & machinery, T&P, transportation, loading, unloading, scaffolding, temporary works, royalties, taxes and all incidental works complete as per the approved drawings, technical specifications, DTCN and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Landscaping: Comprehensive operation and maintenance of horticulture and landscaping works including maintenance of lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, hedges, flower beds, creepers, irrigation system, replacement of dead plants, supply of all consumables, manure, fertilizers, pesticides, good earth, saplings, T&P, machinery, labour, transportation and all incidental works in STP premises and approaches along boundary wall complete as per the Scope of Work, Technical Specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Landfilling: Providing, spreading, watering and compacting approved moorum in layers to the required thickness, including supplying all materials, labour, T&P, loading, unloading, transportation, conveyance, royalties, taxes, and all incidental charges including approach road formation complete as per the approved drawings, technical specifications, DTCN, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

External Power Supply : Providing liaison, coordination, design, submission of drawings, obtaining statutory approvals and execution of all works required for providing dedicated external electrical power supply from the source up to the project premises through the concerned Electricity Distribution Utility (TPWODL), including payment of statutory charges, service connection charges, supervision charges, line extension charges, transformer cost (if applicable), metering charges, testing, energisation and all incidental works complete.

Approch Road: Design, detailed engineering, construction and testing of Approach Road of 7.00 m carriageway width, including detailed survey, investigations, providing and compacting 300 mm thick river sand/quarry stone dust sub-base, 300 mm thick Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) base, and 200 mm thick M-30 grade rigid concrete pavement; PCC side drains of 600 mm width × 300 mm depth on both sides; precast M-30 concrete kerb stones of 300 mm × 300 mm × 150 mm; road shoulders, drainage arrangements, centering and shuttering, curing, road markings, road furniture, utility protection/shifting (where required), 9 m high GI/octagonal street lighting poles @ 20 meters centre to centre complete with 50 W LED luminaires, cables, foundations and accessories; testing, quality control, disposal of surplus materials, restoration of affected areas, preparation of as-built drawings, handing over, and all associated civil, electrical and allied works including supply of all materials, labour, plant & machinery, T&P, transportation, loading, unloading, royalties, taxes, statutory approvals and incidental works, complete as per the approved design, MoRTH Specifications (Latest Revision), IRC Codes, OPWD Specifications, DTCN, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, equipment, T&P etc. for laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of 800mm dia Sulphate resistant RCC NP3 pipes, Rubber Gaskets and other Materials including excavation of trenches, shoring and shuttering, providing cement concrete bedding type class-A as per CPHEEO manual, backfilling the trenches with the excavated earth/sand, mending good the damages to the structures damaged during construction work if any, relocating the utilities and removal of surplus excavated metarial and disposal there of at identified location etc. work with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes etc. all complete as per terms and condition, scope of work & technical Specification stipulated in the DTCN, IS codes & CPHEEO Manual etc., as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Treated water Reuse System: Design, construction, testing, trial run and commissioning of a complete treated water reuse system comprising of treated water sump, pumping station, pumping machinery, piping, hoist, valves, Disk Filtraion system etc. including all mechanical, instrumentation, electrical works, automation, appurtenances, work etc. all complete as per approved design, drawing, technical specifications, DTCN and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, equoiment, T&P etc. for laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of 450 mm dia DI pipes and other Materials including excavation of trenches, shoring and shuttering as per CPHEEO manual, backfilling the trenches with the excavated earth/sand, mending good the damages to the structures damaged during construction work if any, relocating the utilities and removal of surplus excavated metarial and disposal there of at identified location etc. work with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes etc. all complete as per terms and condition, scope of work & technical Specification stipulated in the DTCN, IS codes & CPHEEO Manual etc., as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Operation and Maintenance for 10 year: Cost of operation and maintenance of the work for 15 MLD STP and associated Treated Water Reuse System for 10 Years including the cost of maintenance of civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control & automation units, cost of manpower, POL, chemicals, consumables and spares etc. (but excluding the cost of energy) all complete as per terms & conditions, scope of work and specification stipulated in the DTCN for as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
