SUPPLY OF PRINTED PAPER CUPS ON ANNUAL RATE CONTRACT BASIS

Disposable paper cups of following type:- (1) Size:(Approx)Bottom:50 to 60mm, Top:60 to 70mm, Height:60 to 75mm, (2) Capacity:150ml; (3) Thickness of board:190 to 220gsm paper should be food grade, virgin, non-toxic, odorless and bio-degradable. (4) Weight of the paper cup:3.45 to 3.75grm approximately, (5) Colour: Milky white (6) Printing: ‘AAI Calicut Airport” with inscription ‘please crush after use” in Hindi & English in single colour. Note: The Quantity indicated (ie, 3 Lakh paper cups) is the quarterly requirement/per purchase order quantity. (ie, 12,00,000 Nos. of cups is projected for one year with every quarterly requirement of 3,00,000Nos. of paper cups.). Purchase order shall be issued for every 3 lakh paper cups during the currency of the contract, as and when required basis. The vendor shall supply the same type of specified paper cups at the initial quoted/awarded rate as per the purchase order of AAI. The delivery time against each purchase order shall be 30days from the date of issue of each purchase order.
