Periodical Maintenance of 5 year completed PMGSY Road -T02-SH-3-Jamala-Sargibahal Road such as maintenance and renewal coat with laying SDBC for the year 2025-26 in the District of Bargarh

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish on both side of the road to facilitate widening of berms ,disposal of the staff including all labour, T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per cluse 201 of MORD by manual means etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms soft brushes and finaly dusting with old gunny bags or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment as per direction of E I C.

Providing and laying moorum on shoulder / Berm including all cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete for finished item of work as per the direction of EIC.

Maintenance of Hume pipe Culvert by way of Clearing, Cleaning, Erosion repair, repairs to cracks, parapet wall and protection work as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1908 of MoRD

White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including cost of white washing and preparation of surface by cleaning scrapping etc; complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Maintenance of Earthen shoulder (Stripping of excess soil) Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor at OMC as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1903

Restoration of rain cuts with soil, moorum gravel or a mixture of these, clearing the loose soil, benching for 300mm width laying fresh material in layers not exceeding 250 mm and compaction with plate compactor or power rammer to restore the original alignment ,level and slopes and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Rainforced Cement Concrete of (1:2.5:5) with 20mm to 40mm size stone aggregate in foundations upto a depth of 1.5m below ground level and upto a height of 1.5m above ground level / bed level including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C.-Km stone

Providing Rainforced Cement Concrete of (1:2.5:5) with 20mm to 40mm size stone aggregate in foundations upto a depth of 1.5m below ground level and upto a height of 1.5m above ground level / bed level including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C.-200 m stone

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade Guard stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:25 fixed position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting as per drawing and Technical specification Clause 1704 of MORD.-Guard Stone

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures .....as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2 of MoRD and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)Road -A

Providing, laying, scraping, cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0Kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 75mm thick built up spray grouting in one layers 37.5mm thick each layer using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm in each layer with 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 Sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries including cost and conveyance of bitumen, metal and chips complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.018 cum of 13.2mm and 0.09 cum of 6mm size H.G.chips with 14.6 kgs of bitumen for 10 sqm over tack coat using bitumen @ 0.48 kg/sqm including all cost, carriage, royalty of H.G. chips , cost of maxphalt, H&R charge of PRR.etc. complete.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) Road -A
