Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, Jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/dewatering upto any lift, stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layer when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen millimetre ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. (Thirty x thirty x five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to all floor level and removal of same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a)Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs ,landings and the like floor etc. upto any thickness.

c) Columns, pillars, posts and struts Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

d) Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding any depth in all floor level.

e) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls upto any width.

f) Chullah hoods, weather shades, chhajjas, corbels etc. including edges in all floor level.

g) Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement: four sand: eight graded/ crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre ) nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement: six sand: twelve graded/ crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring, shuttering in foundation and plinth within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement:Four sand:Eight graded stone aggregate 25mm(Twenty five millimetre ) nominal size mechanical mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and retaining walls etc. within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : Three sand) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-20(Twenty) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S. code and PWD specification . The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge prior to the casting. The theoretical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S. code upto floor all floor level in String courses coping bed plates, anchor blocks plain window sills and the like within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-20(Twenty) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S. code and PWD specification . The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge prior to the casting. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size) reinforced concrete chajjas not exceeding any thickness upto floor all level including finishing the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : Three Sand) to give a smooth and even surface centring/form work and curing complete excluding the cost of reinforcement within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (Twenty five ) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. The mix shall be designd as per requirement of I.S code and P.W.D specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer - in - Charge pior to the casting . The theoritical consumption of cement fot the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S code including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . a) Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor all level

b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts upto floor all level.

c) Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

d) Suspended floors, roofs ,landings and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, breasumers and cantilevers upto floor all level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete upto floor all level within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4(one Cement :four Sand) (2nd Class Brick) in super structure above plinth level up to floor level as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Random rubble masonry /polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement :Six sand : Twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand ) within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
