SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I: B/R WORKS

Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer n exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and making good surface all as directed.

S & F rolled mild plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched, forming holes with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165.

M & L for 0.50 mm thick prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating G.I. based corrugated steel sheet of on colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering, fixed with and including self tapping screw complete all as per manufacturer instructions.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S & F Mild steel flats (40x6mm thick) for hand rails, wind ties, posts and struts in fencing screwed or welded to shape as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work confirming to Fe 410 - O or Fe 310 -O.

M&L for cement concrete Type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for sub base of flooring /hard standing including finishing the surface even and rough to receive the topping layer.
