M&L for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L post construction ATT at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.50 litres/hole by driling 6 mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain / cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as , in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed and the like complete all as specified an directed. Note:-Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately in respective items of BOQ.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type -B2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling & mass concrete, sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size and shape as per drawing/ manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in solid blocks exc 10 cm in width setting with cement mortar 1:4 laid and dixed in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame of any description exc 1.5 Sqm each and n.exc 4.0 Sqm (without taking off shutters from the frames) & remove off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) not exc. 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S & F M.S Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25 mm thick first class hard wood plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers, etc are provided with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Pt I Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only iron or mild steel work of any description as in angle / grill etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugatged steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Two track two panels sliding glazed window upto 1.50m height made of (small series) frame 52 x 44 mm & sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, with uilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder oated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and ecessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed.(Glass or wiremesh shall be measured and paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles + 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Supply and fixing factory made UPVC white colour Casement door with top hung ventilator with 3D and SS friction (400 x 19 x 1.9 mm) made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm, Sash 67 x 110 mm & mullion 67 x 80 mm all having wall thickness of 2.3 + 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door upto 2.50 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws, etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and directed. Taking down exsiting water proofing treatment including PCC padding, plaster, etc complete necessary removal of debries from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in two layers (each 20 mm) with and including chicken mesh provided between the layers and finished even and smooth with false grooves @ 450x450 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick cement plaster on fair face of concrete surface including repair of doubing roof surfaces in CM 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement over and including neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.(Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item no. Sch 'A' BOQ) complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked (used 200 ml per bag of cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing RCC roof slab top by wire brushing and cleaning the dust and forign materials etc complete and applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20kg/Sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltrs/Sqm and there after laying of a layer of APP based polymeric membrane (five layered with centre core as 100 microns high molecular high density polyethylene film) weighing not less than 3kg/Sqm and will be laid as per MES SSR Pt-I para 11.43.2.2 with minium side lap 75 mm and end Lap of 150 mm bonded with hot blown bitumen 85/25 gde penetration @ 1.20 kg/sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition (pleable free) @ 0.50 kg/sqm dusted over the bitumen coat complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturers as approved by GE.

M&L for machine pressed Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigment, and cut and polished over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for EB-Vinyl flooring(Grabo supreme67) 6.7mm thick,EM-14904 (Category-P1) FIBA & BWF certified, weight not less than 3.8 kg/Sqm, sound insulation-22DB, Having sports properties(e.g Shock absorption & ball rebond), Technical properties(e.g Dimantional stability,colour fastness,chemical & abrasion resistance) including installation,line marking and freight, approved coloure and fixed with adhesive all as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made pre-painted rubber moulded glossy finish chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in foot path, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazing with 4.8 mm thick frosted/tinted sheet glass exc 0.50 sqm in each panel fixed to UPVC section of doors, windows and fixed frame with suitable EPDM rubber packing beading etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of old painted steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and making good with & including by necessary red lead putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old prepared surfaces of steel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
