Planning , Designing and Construction of Precast RCC Residential building for 256 DUs for ORs AT AMBALA CANTT including preparation of Detailed Engineering for development of Architectural, Construction and Structural Drawings etc, structure analysis & design Planning, designing & execution of services i.e Topography survey, Soil Investigation , Site clearance and Site Development , internal water supply , Internal electrification work,Road, Path and Culverts, External Water supply ,External Electric Supply,lift ,Sewage disposal ,Area drainage ,Compound wall, Fencing and Gates ,Fire Fighting ,Lightening Protection ,Manufacture and supply of Furniture, Rain Water Harvesting and Arboriculture complete as per approved drawing and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including comprehensive maintenance and operation of B/R and E/M installations,infrastructure complete . The work shall be executed as per detailed/technical specification mentioned in tender and as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. Besides, any other work/ services/utility, which is not included above but essential for the completion of the project,the same shall be deemed to be included in this item.Lump sum price worked out by the Contractor .Obtaining all statutory clearances and certifications are included in the scope of work
