Box cutting the road surface to proper slope and camber for making a base for road work including removing the excavated stuff and disposing on the road side slopes as directed up to all lead and strata

Providing and Laying compacted WBM (Grade II) with BT Crushed metal of size 40mm to 63mm) including using 20 pur stone Screening grit 0.16 cum and 10 pur stone dust 0.08 cum as filler including for spreading, watering & Consolidation by Vibrator power road roller 8 to 12 tonne etc complete as per morth clause 404.

Providing and Laying, Spreading and Compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam 200mm thick as per MORT & H specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materially tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Construction of Granular Sub Base (GSB) by providing coarse graded material of grading-1 spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORT specification.

Providing and Laying Bituminous grout Compacted with(VG 30)Asphalt 80/100 grade at the tare of 1.99 pur by weight of total mix for mixing & tack coat at 2.5 Kg/10Sq.mt emulsion on B.T Surface using B.T chips of required gradation including cleaning & heating the aggregate & asphalt in continuous batching drum mix plant and spreading the same by paver finisher one layer & consolidation with vibratory rollar and Power rollar including providing all materials equipment, tools and plants, fire wood, oil, kerosene, labour charge etc. complete using contractor's own machinary drum mix plant & paver finisher etc. complete.

Providing and Laying 37.5mm thick B.M. with B.T. Aggregate as per M.O.R.T & H specification & asphalt grade 60/70 for tack coat 2.5kg/10 smt & mixing 34.00kg/M.T. i.e. 3.40 pur by weight of total mix including heating the aggregate and asphalt in continuous drum mix plant and spreading the same by paver finisher and consolidation with vibratory rollar including providing all materials equipment, tools and plants, fire wood, oil, kerosene, labour charge etc. complete using contractors own machinary drum mix plant and paver finisher etc. complete.

Providing and Laying 25mm thick SDBC with B.T. Aggregate as per M.O.R.T and H specification & asphalt grade 60/70 mixing 50kg/M.T. i.e. 5.0 pur by weight of total mix including heating the aggregate and asphalt in contunious drum mix plant and spreading the same by paver finisher and consolidation with vibratory rollar including providing all materials equipment, tools & plants, fire wood, oil, kerosene, labour charge etc. complete using contractors own machinary drum mix plant and paver finisher etc complete

Providing and laying asphalt painting on BT surface with bitumen VG-30 @ rate 5 kg per 10 smt by mechanical sprayer and spreading the stone dust on prepared surface at the rate of 0.03 cmt/10 smt and rolling with smooth wheeled and pneumatic roller and brushing etc completed

Providing and Supplying Quarry Spell Including Collection carting, Staking & Spreading, Quary Spell on road site Including All Labour & Machinarys(JCB Tractore Etc.) taxes and Royaltie, etc Completed.

Providing and Laying W.M.M. mm thic with M.C BT chip as per required gradation mixing with required optimim quantity of water including spreading watering and consolidation using power roller etc. completed

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass Bends on Bituminous surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm. thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm. area. Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 The Finished surface to be levelUniform and free from streaks and holes

Supplying and Fixing cat eye made out from Acrilo beautile sterine injection high compressed molding with reflector made of MMC (prismatic type of Size 12cm X 6cm X 2.5 cm )Provided with bituminous adhesive 100g with each units for fixing (High Intensity grade)

Renovation of manhole by increasing the height at top including the cost of excavation refitting of C.I manhole frame and cover curing etc complete including all carting and providing of materials which is required for purpose (except manhole frame and covering for all type manhole by providing RCC 1:2:4 partition walls with required reinforcement)

Earthwork for embankment including breaking clods, dressing with all lead and lift and including watering rolling and consolidation of subgrade in layers at O.M.C to required dry density including filling the depression which occur during the process using power roller 8T to 10T (D) from Borrow area within 3.0 km lead (upto 10 ton)
