Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including Chowkhats, architrave, hold fasts etc complete and stacking within 50 metres lead Of area 3 sq. metres and below ( D S R 15.12.1. )

Dismantling Aaluminium / Gypsum Partitions, doors, windows, Fixed glazing and False ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( D S R 15.57 )

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
