Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0kg/sqm (Zero Point Seven Zero - One Point Zero) kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502, (Clause Five Hundred Two) including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30 (zero point two five to zero point three zero) kg per Sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical specification clause 503 (Clause Five hundred Three) , including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 (Twenty) millimeters thickness composed of 13.2 (Thirteen point Two) millimeters to 5.6 (Five point Six) millimeters aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (Eighty- One hundred) KN static Roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type –B by Mechanical means Bitumen (VG-10), as per technical specification clause 508 including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grades and cross fall using type-B as per technical specification C-510 (Clause- Five hundred Ten) ) by Mechanical means Bitumen (VG-10), including hauling /carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge

Construction of unlined surface drain of average cross-sectional area 0.2 sqm in ordinary rock to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions as per approved design and Technical Specification Clause 307. Excavated material to be used in embankment at site. by mechanical means as per H.P.PWD. specsification, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts including all incidental charges.
