OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR ATTENDING B/R AND E/M COMPLAINTS UNDER GE (SOUTH) AND B/R COMPLAINTS UNDER GE (NORTH) SECUNDERABAD

Day to day maintainance and petty repairs (B/R &E/M nature) in buildings by attending daily complaints lodged by the users through IVR/SMS//Mobile phones or email and manual registering of complaints at complaints cell by deploying the desired number of trademen/workers. The minimum Nos of trades men as under be deployed by tenderer:- (a) MASON : 09 Nos (b) CARPENTER : 08 NOs (c) PLUMBER : 10 Nos (d) ELECTRICIAN : 01 NOs

Note for item Nos 1 to 2 above:- (a) The shift time will be decided by JE/Engr-in-Charge and can be changed at any time as per requirment. However the timings for the day shift of 8 hours shall be from 0830 Hrs to 1730 Hrs with a lunch break from 1300 hrs to 1400 hrs. (b) The work entrusted by JE/Engr-in-Charge shall be completed within the time specified by JE/Engr-in-Charge. Incase any delay, the same should be reported to JE/Engr-in-Charge. (c) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of complaint slips & cost of T&P for maint/cleaning work & minor consumables such as PVC insulation tape, screws, fuse wire, clips, wooden round blocks etc for day to day maint. (d) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of providing mobile comunication system in the complaint cell so that the complaint can be lodged & feed back can be obtained. (e) Stores viz fitting/fixtures, shall be issued by the department for replacing U/S fitting where reqd at no extra cost to the Govt on proper gate pass. (f) The contractor has to supply uniform to their employees for wearing during the working hours. The unit rate is deemed to include for the uniform. The uniform shall be in blue clour trouser & shirt. The pattern of the uniform shall be as decided by the Engr-in-Charge.

Note for item Nos 1 to 2 above (contd...) :- (g) Penal recovery for absence of workers/technical supervisor on any day lesser than the specified minimum strength will be as under:- (i) Carpenter /Mason/.Plumber / Electrician - Rs.1662.00 Per day per person (ii) Mate - Rs.1258.00 Per day per person
