RequiredTo qualify for award of the contract, each Bidder in his name should submit certificate issued by an Engineer not below the cadre of Divisional Engineer for the works executed in any one year during the last 10 financial years. The date of work commencement, completion along with Agreement No. should be invariably furnished in the performance /past experience certificate issued by the concerned Engineer in the enclosed format only.The experience certificate is Mandatory
Requiredi)Line (33KV): To qualify for award of the contract, as a Prime contractor should have executed the erection and commission of 50% (0.13KM) of bid quantity (0.26KM) of 33KV line or Higher Voltage line is required on Partial Turn Key Basis in any one year during preceding ten financial years. i.e from 2015-16 to 2024-25.
Requiredii)Line (11KV): To qualify for award of the contract, as a Prime contractor should have executed the erection and commission of 50% (2.913KM) of bid quantity (5.825KM) of 11KV line or Higher Voltage line is required on Partial Turn Key Basis in any one year during preceding ten financial years. i.e from 2015-16 to 2024-25.
Requirediii)Line (LT): To qualify for award of the contract, as a Prime contractor should have executed the erection and commission of 50% (3.35KM) of bid quantity (6.7KM) of LT line or Higher Voltage line is required on Partial Turn Key Basis in any one year during preceding ten financial years. i.e from 2015-16 to 2024-25.
Requirediv) M type towers: To qualify for award of the contract, the bidder should have experience as follows  Quantity of 18 No. M type or L type or H type towers or higher type in any one year executed during preceding ten financial years i.e from 2015-16 to 2024-25 on Partial Turn Key Basis.
RequiredThe bidder should produce financial turn over during the last TEN years (FY 2015-16 to 2024-25). Certificate issued by Registered Chartered Accountant with UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number) must be uploaded. The certificate is mandatory.
RequiredThe Bidder should have the bid capacity not less than the estimated contract value or value of work put to tender. The bid capacity will be calculated as per formula (2 AN-B)>ECV for others and 3 AN-B>ECV for SC/STs, Waddera and Sagara (Uppara) Contract Co-operative Societies and individuals belonging to the said communities,
RequiredThe bidder shall produce the statement showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed which should be issued by the State/Central Government Department/ Under takings not below the rank of EE or the officer of equivalent rank and counter signed by the SE or the officer of equivalent rank
RequiredThe bidder shall produce a declaration as mentioned below on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.200/- duly notarized.Either (i) or (ii) documents are Mandatory
RequiredThe copies of the certificates produced by the tenderer shall invariably be attested by a Gazetted Officer/Notary. Otherwise, they will be summarily rejected and will not be taken into consideration
RequiredThe statement showing the value of existing commitments (ongoing works) issued by officer not below the rank of Divisional Engineer (OR) Declaration on non judicial stamp paper of Rs.200/-. This certificate(s) is (are) mandatory & duly notarized.
RequiredThe bidder should have valid A-grade License issued by Electrical Inspector/ Valid Electrical Contract License from any State Govt. and produce at the time of submission of bid. The Certificate is mandatory.
RequiredThe bidder should produce valid Firm Registration in TSNPDCL before issuing of LoA.
RequiredThe bidder should produce valid PAN before issuing of LoA
RequiredThe bidder should produce valid GST registration number before issuing of LoA.
RequiredThe bidder should produce valid EPF registration number before issuing of LoA.
RequiredThe sub contractor certificate must be issued by agreement concluded authority only.
RequiredBid security @2% on ECV should be submitted at the time of submission of Bid. As per N.O.O(CS).Ms.No.79, Dt:31.01.2020 Contractors belonging to SC/STs, Waddera and Sagara (Uppara) Contract Co-operative Societies and individuals belonging to the said communities EMD is exempted ?upto 1 crore? works only.
Requiredb. for exemption of EMD, community certificate of the firm?s proprietor is to be uploaded. This certificate is mandatory.
Requiredc. The Bid Capacity for SC/STs, Waddera and Sagara (Uppara) Contract .Co-operative Societies and individuals belonging to the said .communities Contractors shall be followed as per Standard Bid .document (SBD), i.e., 3AN-B>ECV.
