Excavation in foundations,trenches etc in earth work in all kind of soil, such as pick work, jumper work, blasting hard or soft rock by chiselling where the blasting work is prohibited slushy daldal and saturated soil including pumping or bailing out water with in all heights, stacking the excavated soil within all leads clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm(fifteen centimetres) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth, as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-in Chief.

P/L cement concrete 1:3:6(1:cement :3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth i/c carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering struting and propping etc. with wooden battens so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering struting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in-situ- reinforced concrete and plain concrete in:

Providing and Laying cement concrete work 1:1/12:3(1cement:1/12 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work:-

Suspended floor, roofs, landings, Shelves and their support balconies Beam, girders, bresumers cantilevers up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including binding wire bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (tor steel) with in all leads and lifts

Providing Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings, framed, Guard bars,ladders, railing and (similar work)i/c all leads and lifts.

Providing & fixing M.S manhole cover with frame having size 600x600mm with M.S angle frame size 40x40x6mm with M.S sheet having size 3.15mm thick i/c locking arrangement with M.S flat of size of 40x6mm thick one hinges on one side and other side locking arrangement complete in all respect with in all lead and lifts.

Providing and fixing M.S mosquto proof ventilator 400x300mm in height with frame of MS angle iron 40x40x6mm complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts.

Laying jointing and testing GMS pipe of following class conforming to IS : 1239-1990. The pipe shall be jointed with flanges of following class. The flanges shall conform to IS 6392-1971. The MS flanges shall be fixed with pipes by welding as per 814-1967. It should be done on both faces to make the joint leak proof and capable to with stand the required hydraulic pressure including specified number and size of MS nuts and bolts as per tables mentioned blow and asbestos fibre jointing ghasket not less than 3mm thick conforming to IS 2712-1965. The laying of pipes should conform to IS : 5822-1994 (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for sperately).

Providing and fixing of sluice valve Kirloskar/ Leader Make (Class PN-1-6) as per BIS786-1984 with hand wheel of approved make complete in all respect including all leads and lifts.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade on undecorated wall surface ( two coats) to give an even shadeafter throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose prepared material within all leads & lifts.
