Name of Work: Construction of Shed for Statutory Testing and Painting of LPG Cylinders at LPG Bottling Plant Kalyani West Bengal.

Tender Ref. No: RCC/ERO/37/2023-24/PT-102 II e-Tender ID : 2023_ERO_172078_1 1. Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid.Party is advised to visit the site to asses the Works prior to quoting. 2. Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in white coloured cells, without changing any format. 3. The below mentioned rates are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) which shall be payable as extra as prevailing rate for the said job. 4. Detail SOR (not for quoting) is attached in seperate WorkSheet named "SOR" in this Excel file. 5. % quoted in BOQ will be applicable for all items of SOR.
