Dismantling structural steel work including doors/ gate/ windows but excluding framed truss etc.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in roofs, floors (other than ground floor), beams, staircases, landing, chajja and similar suspended works.

Dismantling unserviceable aluminium framed partition partly glazed & partly opaque boarding any type or any position

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc. to receive plaster etc. complete.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface rough finished as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B 1:2:4mix (20mm graded aggregate ) in foundations, filling and mass concrete fair finished with necessary centering.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300mmx 200mmx 7mm thick, joint free, coloured tiles , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.
