M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls / ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots using mechanical sander/grinder and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper on walls/ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work shall be executed from authorized applicator as approved by GE.

M&L for complete scrapping of existing treatment by mechanical sander and preparing surface of wall / ceilling and applying 2mm to 3mm thick acrylic damp proof wall care putty as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick ready mix cement plaster on brick, concrete surfaces as in wall and Ceiling surface finished even & fair, finishing, curing, scaffolding including taking down of existing cement plaster etc complete all as specified and directed. After completion of distempering, contractor have to carry out following work whose rates to be included while quoting the rates. No extra payment will be done on this account and damage if any to be borne by the contractor :- (i) cleaning of floor with floor cleaner and stain should be removed from wall/door/jaali. (ii) cleaning of fan after removing and refixing the same. (iii) cleaning of curtain rod. (iv) shifting of furniture.
