Warranty & Service:- Two years from the delivery date against manufacturing defects. The liability is limited to Repairs or Replacement of the defective materials. The Service Schedule is as below: i) Quartely Visit:- Once in quarter to identify and rectify if any deviation. ii) Service visit:- Within 48 hrs from time of complaint. iii) Emergency Service visit:- With in 24 hrs from time of complaint. iv) Note: Emergency service means when the system is not working completely.

PART-B (Percentage Items)

ORDINARY SOIL (SS20B) Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth (SS20B)

Filling of foundations and basement with M-sand in layers of not more than 15 cms. thick each well watered to saturation and consolidated including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Cement Concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm ( 0.54 cu.m), 20mm (0.27 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.09 cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cms thick well compacted including curing, ,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Cement Concrete (1:2.5:5) using 20 mm ( 0.54 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.36cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cms thick well compacted including curing, machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Construction of Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) using Second Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricksof size (9" x 41/2" x 3") including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Plastering in Cement mortar (1:5) 20 mm thick using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete,.

Flooring with Galaxy Granite 18-20 mm thick upto 2.43M (Premium Quality) set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost & conveyance of all materials, seigniorage charges, labour charges for dressing of tiles etc., complete for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the slabs against supply)

Supply and fixing of Galvalume sheet Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.47mm thickness (Total Coated Thickness-TCT), Coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile strength: 550 MPA. Paint coating: Regular Modified Polyester painting. Painting thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns. Sheet Width: 1.020, Length: Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range Colours with minimum end lap of 15 cms etc.,complete as directed during execution (Original coil shall be of make TATA Blue scope/JSW)

Supply, fabrication and erection of steel structure in position by using MS tubes & pipes of all diameters as per IS -1161 including labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works like strusses,stanchions,heavy beams and girders including cost of welding rods,power chages etc..and cost and conveyence of all materials and including labour charges for fixing heavy iron grills, Trusses, Stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders erecting in position and fixing by using chain pulley blocks, Derek pole arrangements and cranes etc., complete and painting two coats with ready mixed Synthetic enamel paint of grade I in all shades having over a red oxide primer paint grade 1 primary coat (Total three coats) etc., complete as directed during execution. (TATA / SAIL / VSP / JINDAL) shall be used. Note:- If any size is not available in the above makes then only the Executive Engineer shall alone specifically for permit on paper the usage of APPOLLO Brand
