Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in reapirs machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with rubber mould type any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade of concrete as in floors/ pavements and design with colour approved by Engr-in-Charge, incl sand cushioning 50mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base/ plinth protection/ drain/path etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F for Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, Greatings of drain and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing new or previously untreated of steel over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and incl a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of exisiting damaged stone /Brick /Concrete Block masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for abour for random rubble stone masonary, uncoursed well bounded, bedded and soilidly hearted in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC(1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel in drains, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cementconcrete, using ex- tra cement, includingforms, moulds, mi- tred/ stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces cment mortar 1:4 for rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) on walls, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repairs for precast cement concrete jallies in PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5 graded agg), 25 mm thick (measured solid) set in CM 1:6 including all moulding, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Preparation of new plaster surface of wall and applying 2 coat of cement base paint over and incl a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
