Supply, delivery and commissioning of advanced “Robot” for cleaning of manholes/machine holes having expandable robotic arm of 4 degree of freedom with multipurpose end effect or for shoveling and picking action and 4 Robotic legs with wheels for self-stability inside manhole/machine holes, containing bucket system having minimum bucket capacity 12 ltr., gas sensor for detection of Methane, Carbon Monoxide, Hydrogen Sulphide and Ammonia, 4 nos. of IP68 cameras(1camera on outside stand unit for monitoring entry and exit of robot into manhole/machine holes and 3 cameras on robotic unit which go inside the manhole/machine hole) which shall go deeper up to 8 mtr. depth and can lift up to 125 kg/cycle, compatible for hard rocks, sand, silt ,sludge, non bio degradable wastes etc. minimum 90% of the actuators of the robot should be using pneumatic power. The robot is equipped with a display of 13.3 inch IPS screen full HD with 4 channel video output having10.1inch inter active touch screen and switches for the user interface to operate the robot. It should have a “ built in” tutorials software to learn the operations of the robot. Compressor(2 HP,8 bar outlet pressure with 50litre tank capacity) and required DG set (rated output 2.8 KVA,230 volt/50 Hz) for working of robot is also to be supplied with accessories Pneumatic hose, extension box, power connector, tray, and raincoat. O&M of robots by providing the skilled technical operator to operate the machine as well a straining of the line agencies staff for a period Of one year.
