Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth and getting out in any type of soil for foundation, shaft, manhole, cesspits etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No. 2 above but except Bricks Note:- Old brick retrieved from demolition shall be used.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick surface on wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with solid blocks exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas in all kind of soil (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in foundation, filling, sub base and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and soilidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per srl item No. 8 above but except stone. Note: Old stone retrieved from demolition shall be used.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets et (of any section indicated) with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joint to match, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for extra over stone walling of any type of stone for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 20 mm and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in coping, benching, quoilin block, string coursec, kneelers, apex stone, bed plates, water troughs, bed block and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick , complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material ,not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material , exceeding 200 m but n. exc 250m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Broken stone or boulders hand packing (any thickness) at back of wall over arches etc and raising or lowering to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in floor or trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including removal of demolished material to outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete landing cover slabs (for manholes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm grading stone aggregate and setting in cement morter 1:6 including demolition of old cover slab, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality comfarming to Fe-410-W, grade E-250, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick (in two layer 10mm and 5mm thick) on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, type B-1 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channel and drains including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 300 mm bore reinforced cement concrete drain pipe, class NP-2 laid in trenches and jointed with collars in neat cement slurry, including testing after demolition and beaking up existing pipe of any type, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for 450 mm bore reinforced cement concrete drain pipe, class NP-2 laid in trenches and jointed with collars in neat cement slurry, including testing after demolition and beaking up existing pipe of any type, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed drain pipes packing under haunching against the sides of pipes of 300/ 450mm bore other they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including cham fers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in louvres and jallies, 50mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly surfaces of brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness below or above the ground level and removal of debris from site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork of faces of walls, drain, channel, retaining walls and similar work etc vertical or to batter rough finished surface of concrete in flat, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick on stone wall surface in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for 4mm dia galvanised steel wire size 150 X 100 mm mesh made up into mattresses or cages, lapped wired and laid in position including closing after filling (as per sample approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls including cornices etc and applying two coats of premium acrylic alkali, fungal & dirt resistance exterior emulsion all weather proof paint in two or more colour pattern (as approved by GE) over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof surfaces including cornices and chajjas etc and applying two coats of exterior emulsion all weather proof paint in two or more colour pattern (as approved by GE) over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, n. exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.
