Providing and laying 1st class quality vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 - 2017, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..Double charged Stainfree vitrified tiles (Glossy) Size of tile 600 mm x 600 mm

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding.

Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Dismantling steel work in built up section manually / mechanically without dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing 40 × 5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30 × 10 × 15 cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

12 mm cement plaster of mix.Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required:- Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. complete as required:-In grating, frames, guard bar, railing, brackets, gates and similar works, all complete.

Dismantling rolling shutters with all accessories and stacking properly and refitting the same after oiling and greasing the same with necessary cement concrete for fitting fixing of hold fasts etc. for all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. Wheel 50 mm dia and below

Finishing with epoxy paint ( one or more coats ) of approved brand and manufacture at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specification on old work including preparation of surface etc. as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:- On steel work.

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with :5.5 mm thick glass panes

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and put up in position :Local Teak Wood

Ply wood 5 ply, 9 mm thick : Decorative plywood one side decorative veneer and commercial veneer on other face (Type 1) conforming to IS 1328 BWR Type

Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work ( one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
